Holiday rentals with breakfast in Municipio IX

We had a wonderful time in Alessenadro’s cottage while visiting Rome. Alessandro was super helpful and friendly and went out of his way to accommodate us. He was always very attentive and responsive. He was one of the best hosts we have ever had.

Giulia’s place was absolutely perfect! Far enough away from the centre of Rome to be peaceful from the loud tourist hustle bustle, but close enough to transit systems to make everything convenient to get to. Additionally, as low budget backpackers, Giulia’s breakfast, coffee, snacks, and drinks were wonderful! She was responsive for check in despite our train being delayed for 30 minutes, and was quickly there to meet us when we made contact. She also provided local recommendations of real Roman cuisine which were divine. If I ever find myself in Rome again, I would happily stay here!!

Thank you Rosseta for the warm welcome. The place got everything, I have stayed for almost 3 weeks without any issues. Having the metro super close makes the visits to the center very comfortable. I would definetly go back.

Very nice space in Rome. Away from the hustle and bustle of busy city streets, little traffic and quiet surroundings. Close to the train station and many bus terminals. Clean home with all the amenities we needed. Lots of space for the 6 of us to spread out and relax. Private parking is nice and safe, but tight to get into with a larger vehicle. Would stay here again!

Great place to stay in Fiumucino! On a quiet back street but minutes from all river front restaurants. Hosts are very responsive and were great to work with when our flights changed. Hosts have reasonable airport transpertation avalable. The space is small but we'll arranged and squeaky clean. A nice bakery closeby was great for warm breakfast pastries. We stumbled accross town of Fiumucino last year when train strike caused us to travel a day earlier. Much nicer to stay in this closeby town instead of airport hotel!

as someone who used to live in Rome I found the location to be ideal what also stands out is how easy it is to get around .. free parking in the neighborhood and bus station and metro station close by super market tabaccheria and Gelato bar within 5 minutes walk and Andrea was so accommodating and responsive answering my 100 messages and being so kind and patient will stay again!

Looked just like the photos!! Very clean and Stefania was so friendly and helpful!! We had a great time walking around the town, the views were beautiful. The only issue we faced was finding restaurants that had menu items without pork in them, as my husband and I are muslim.

Cannot say enough good things about this adorable apartment! We were able to check in a few hours early, which was greatly appreciated after a long morning of travel. The apartment is perfect for two people, with the location being ideal to walk to the sites but the unit feeling safe and private. We truly loved it and would highly recommend!

Angelo was a very welcoming host, always ready to help and recommend good places. The accommodation corresponded perfectly to its description, except for the water pressure which is very low and the air conditioning of the room which works very little. You can find everything you need nearby, including the metro, which is just 7 minutes from the accommodation. I 100% recommend Angelo's accommodation, thank you for everything!

Where to start? Barbara was an exceptional host. She gave very clear and helpful directions on how to get to her place either by train or taxi. She was there to meet us at her place to show us around let us know how to use everything. She had champagne and treats for us to start our holiday. I loved how she would message us daily to let us know of any local events that were happening, restaurant recommendations and to see if everything was going ok with our stay. The location was great it was central so everything was walkable. Her photos of her place matched what it looked like. My friend and I were very pleased with the place I would highly recommend staying there. I know when I visit Rome again I will be trying to stay here if it is available. Cozy, clean, well organized environment with a beautiful exclusive terrace available! Very comfortable TV in the bedroom that can rotate until it is seen comfortably on the terrace under the stars! In addition, an excellent typical Roman restaurant was recommended in convention, where we ate really well!

it was conveniently located next to Mirti in a nice neighborhood next door to the best pastry shop. And the prices were so good. staying here helped save a lot of money on hotels.

Antonio was the perfect host and super helpful and accommodating to our request to check in early. He met us at the apartment and ensured all our questions were answered. Antonio had a beautiful brunch setup and welcoming snacks for us upon our arrival. Antonio helped us arrange for a taxi to take us to the airport on the day of departure and followed up to ensure we got to the airport. Antonio is truely a Superhost! Antonio's place was clean and beautiful. The place had quality towels and the linens were freshly scented. The beds were very comfortable, great shower, clean towels, clean washer and dryer. The location was closed to many restaurants, walking distance to attractions, and located in a quiet complex that felt very safe. We loved our stay here and will definitely stay here if in Rome again. Thank you, Antonio, for all your help and kind hospitality!

This was the perfect place to stay when in Rome. We walked to everything we wanted to do, but it still felt tucked away. Claudia was so kind and helpful throughout our stay and went above and beyond when we arrived a little earlier than planned. She let us store our luggage before checking in which was a huge help. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful apartment near the Olympic stadium very well connected by transportation Francesco is a very nice and proactive host. we exchanged a lot by message for restaurants and he is a great listener

We were welcomed by Fernanda on the entrance of the apartment building and she even let us leave the bags since we arrived early. There is a metro station very close by (8 minutes walk) and the Colosseum is only 30 minutes by walk. The room comes with a private bathroom and toilet which is right across the room. The room was very spacious and looked just liked in the pictures. The room had an AC which will cost an addition of 5 EUR per day, but much recommended in the summer. She also recommended us some good restaurants which we tried. She was a very kind and lovely host and will definitely love to visit again.

Host is such a great lady, she is responsive and very helpful. She has kept this B&B in a very neat & clean condition. Everything is new (cutlery, furniture, amenities). Perfect place to live. Easily accessible by Metro Line A …just 5-10 minutes of walk. Smooth check-in with a calm environment. Highly recommended 💯 👍 Review readers ! Don’t think just book it…perfect for a family stay. Ricardo and his wife were amazing hosts They were very responsive very helpful. They gave me all the tips and tricks around, also the room was very clean, convenient and spacious for one person. They also had a very well organized breakfast in the kitchen.

The room was very nice and clean. All the attractions were easy to access by bus or walking. Emanuela was great and all the time asnwered to my questions!!🥰

I highly recommend Valeria's accommodation. The spaces are all very clean, even the bathroom is impeccable. The location is strategic and is just a few steps from the Lucio Sestio stop of Metro A, therefore well connected to the city center. Valeria is one of our wonderful people: very helpful and attentive to the guest, she will satisfy all your needs, even for breakfast. I hope to go back.

Serena was the sweetest host ever! She was already waiting at the door to welcome us, and with some freshly cut fruits - cos the heat was unbearable at Roma. Since there is no kitchen at the apartment, we requested if she could provide us some basic utensils and she immediately helped us with that. She also bought us some warm cream croissants the day we left <3 The lemon tree garden was perfect for us to chill and hang out. Serena is a beautiful soul! Conversations with her just made the stay even more worth it :)
