The apartment is equipped with all modern conveniences, including satellite TV, internet, stereo, CD/DVD, independent heating, safe, washing machine, hairdryer, etc. This bright apartment is fitted with double-glazed windows, so it's very quiet. Breakfast is included in the price.

You can easily reach the Colosseum, the Imperial Forums and the main tourist attractions, as well as Termini station can be reached by foot in a few minutes and 100 meters from the Museum of Illusions. The Monti district, a historic district, is located a few hundred meters from the apartment. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants can be reached in a couple of minutes by foot

In the heart of historical Rome, close to Portico d'Ottavia and Piazza Venezia, the loft is located in an ancient renovated stable belonging to a XV palace (Palazzo Lovatelli). The loft has been redesigned by an architect and is often the residence of artists who have contributed to the artworks in the loft, and who work for the nearby Street Art Gallery, Galleria Varsi. It is perfect for a family of four or for a couple wishing for a romantic setting for their stay in Rome.
