What you think of the apartment The access from Termini Station and the description of the apartment were very polite and I decided. The town has more people than tourists in Rome, full of restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, bars, pharmacy, and barbers, and I enjoyed living in this town.I also had a place to go to, and I got to know it.Even if you pay at the supermarket, you'll greet them with a smile and get to know them. The people in the apartment are also friendly and greeted with a smile when they meet. Walking in the evening, groups of lovers, friends, families, and elderly people chatting at the cafe It was a town where my uncle and grandchildren seemed to have fun while eating coffee and gelato, drinking beer and kampali, and sharing happiness just by being there. The apartment is also clean, kitchen, refrigerator, coffee maker, pot, TV, toilet and shower room, enough for living, but it might be good to have a microwave.It was more than the road, so there was no noise, and there was no sound of the neighbors' voices, TVs, etc., a quiet and peaceful life. The landlord was friendly and responded to emails right away.There was almost no problem, so we only communicated with the first person, but they responded immediately that it had nothing to do with renting the room, such as how to get to the airport. The landlord, the residents of the apartment, and the shops around the apartment were warm and kind, and I was able to live with peace of mind.Thank you.

Lovely apartment. Had absolutely everything we needed. Very close to Vatican and Basillica area. Nice restaurants near by. We were very happy staying there.

This place is more beautiful than the pictures the pool is amazing. Sabrina was like a mom I never had. So kind and caring always was there to help us find our way or with car rentals. Thank you so much. Definitely recommend this place.

Valentina’s apartment has been one of my favorite Airbnb stays EVER! The home is beyond beautiful, the location is unbeatable, and Valentina is incredibly helpful and responsive. I will definitely be returning when visiting again :)

Lilith is a great host. She is very friendly and responsive, gives clear instructions and a lot of recommendations and advice for your stay. She really tries to make you feel comfortable. The apartment is cosy, it has everything that you may need - airconditioning, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, stove, kitchenware), a rooftop balcony for pleasant evenings, an iron. Everything is exactly as it is shown in the pictures. The location is great. It is just across a metro station - line A. 15-20 ride can take you to a lot of famous sights - the Vatican city, Piazza del popolo, the Trevi fountain, the Spanish steps. The metro line A can take you to Termini station as well. I am super happy with the apartment and the host, Lilith. I highly recommend staying with her.

We had a pleasant stay in Rome. The apartment is small,but very functional and has a small outdoor courtyard very nice in summer. The accommodation is air conditioned, and we enjoyed it very much sinceit was very hot during our stay. The location is perfect. Located in a quiet area, but with all the shops nearby and especially the tram station 8 which connects the historic center and the very lively Trastevere district. Federico sent us all the useful information by message and he came to welcome us at Trastevere station to help us carry our luggage and give us all the explanations to use public transport. Federico is responsive, available and very welcoming. We enjoyed communicating with him.

An amazing place and neighborhood that is welcoming and all green. The location is amazing and walkable to restaurant and the supermarket around the corner was a big plus. The house is as same as seen in the website and even better. The host is amazing and she was waiting for us to show us all details and to give local recommendations. She was very communicative with speed of response to whatever we needed.

Our stay at Giovanna's was very nice. We were able to get from the accommodation to the city center very well by bus or tram and at the same time had the advantages of a quiet residential area. In addition, Giovanna helped us to find our way around the area and feel comfortable with tips and recommendations. The small attentions that Giovanna prepared for us gave us a good start. We would come back anytime and can only highly recommend the apartment.

It's hard to find the right words to describe how special my stay in Simone's cottage was. It wasn't just a house for a few days, it was a refuge, a corner of peace that welcomed me when I needed it most. The apartment is cared for in every detail, you can see that behind every object there is a hand that has thought about how to make those who enter really feel at home. Simone is the host that everyone should meet at least once in their life: attentive but never intrusive, effortlessly kind, present in the most human and sincere way possible. He didn't just host me, he made me feel welcome, really. And in a world that is always running too fast, this has immense value. Leaving was strange, like leaving a dear friend's house, with that lump in your throat that makes you say "I'll be back". Because yes, I'll be back. Thanks Simone, really.

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

Antonella is a very attentive hostess. We didn't miss anything at the place. The fast internet is worth highlighting. The apartment is well located for events at the Olympic Stadium.

We had a very nice three days in Rome. Giorgia is super likeable, responds quickly and helps directly if there are any issues. Her place is very cozy, exactly as shown in the pictures and is ideally located so you can easily get to the center of Rome by bus and train. All in all, we are very satisfied and give our best recommendations!

We stayed here to visit Rome. Very easy access to Rome from nearby train station. The host was very proactive in terms of communication and check in instructions. We can highly recommend to stay here for a Rome visit.

Alice’s place is exactly what you see in the pictures . Great location , walking distance to Pantheon , Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona . Many great places to eat . A few meters walk to a Carrefour Express and Pharmacy . The place is clean and the attention for checking inn was great ! Plus it has a lift ! ( unusual for old buildings)

Amazing place if you have good energy to climb the 4th floor with luggage and no elevator. But this is a good price for being in the center of Rome and very old historic neighborhood. Rooftop patio is a real gem, but again not for people with physical disabilities. We spent amazing time there!

Simeone's responses were extremely prompt, clear and accurate, including the ones I sent at ridiculous Rome times when I was in America. He answered all my questions and I felt very prepared and safe for my trip before I even landed. He was friendly and extremely helpful, and arranged for a driver to pick us up from the Rome airport and take us to the Airbnb. He answered all my questions about how to get to other places, including the Rome train station and Florence. The apartment was clean, well-organized and adorable. Exactly what you want to stay in when visiting Italy. The location is unbeatable. Not only are you right next to the Spanish Steps and fashion area, but the Fontana di Trevi is a short walk from the place plus cafes, little convenient stores, restaurants and tobacco shops are all on the same block. I highly recommend staying here! If I could give the host and apartment more stars, I would!

Riccardo and Arianna -- I had a wonderful stay at your apartment. I want to thank you for the care with which you prepared the apartment for my visit-- ample amenities (water, espresso pods, shampoos, etc...), VERY clean, and well organized in every way. I really have never had a better airbnb stay-- this was the top! I loved having so much space -- the loft bedroom, the kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, a washing machine and entire laundry room, the living room, and the cute little area for sitting outside surrounded by flowers. Thanks so much for your wonderful attention to every detail! Grazie mille! P.S. For other guests-- the restaurant Nena's is excellent and the Carrefour just a couple of blocks away. Be sure to walk through the amazing San Lorenzo cemetery.

Lorenzo was extremely helpful- met us and allowed an early check in due to the timing of our train arrival. The Terrance is incredible and a taxi stand a block away allowed us to easily get to venues further away. Not in the center of everything (which we wanted) but a nice neighborhood with tons of really good dining options. Our family of 4 loved it- thanks Lorenzo.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It has a great view from the huge patio (you can just barely see the tip of St Peter’s). Lots of patio furniture. The kitchen amenities were nice and clean. Despite being on the top floor, the water pressure was great. It takes 2 minutes from exiting the train to get into the apartment, as the metro station is right outside the building. The building’s elevator goes up to the 5th floor, so you have to climb one set of stairs to get to the apartment. The area is quiet. Feels like it’s just outside the touristy areas. There are two grocery stores <2 mins walking distance. There are several bus stops within a 5 min walk. Not many restaurants, but super easy to get into town via the metro.

A comfortable stay outside of the downtown 12m away from the Jonio station. The place is cozy and has a good kitchen to cook etc. I definitely recommend this place just be sure to be as clean as possible due that insects from the outside may come in. Overall a good experience.
