Das ca. 30 qm große Häuschen hat zwei Zimmer und ein Duschbad. Im kleinen Vorgarten kannst du die Morgensonne genießen und auf der seitlichen Terrasse die Abendsonne. Unser Resthof wird mit einer Pelletheizung zentral betrieben. Der Hof ist nur 15 Minuten Fußweg von der Ostsee entfernt. Vom nahgelegenen Wildstrand kannst du rüber nach Dänemark sehen. Glückburg, 5 KM entfernt, hat gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Flensburg, 17 KM entfernt, besticht mit seinem Hafen und den vielen bunten Häusern.

Es gibt eine vollwertige Küche und im sehr großen Badezimmer kannst du in der Badewanne wunderbar entspannen (eine separate Dusche gibt es natürlich auch). Auf dem großen, teilweise naturbelassenen Grundstück gibt es eine Sitzecke mit Feuerstelle. Ab und zu wirst du Rehe im Garten sehen und eine Katze gibt es auch. Du wirst dich hier gleich wohlfühlen.

Langballig is a small village with about 1400 inhabitants on the Flensburg Fjord. Everything you need for daily life can be found within walking distance of 5-10 minutes (including supermarket, pharmacy, ATMs, bakery, tourist information).

Are you looking for a break or a natural experience? Welcome to Schausende! The house is located about 200 meters from the water. The apartment is open and modern with large rooms (only the bathroom is small!). The highlight is the expansive view of the green Noor. In the mornings, you'll hear the call of the "wild geese. Come and see for yourself what the bathing bridge is all about and a place where the fox and the rabbit say goodnight to each other.

The holiday home is located in the north of Schleswig-Holsteins, in the spa Glücksburg, directly at the Baltic Sea. From the patio along the backside of the house you have a really great view on a nature reserve with a nice lake. Nearby the house is a variety of good restaurants and there is a lot of space for your activities. Enjoy the silence and the peace in our comfortably furnished holiday home. Prisen er incl. morgenmad(hjemmebagte økologiske boller m.m.) Kaffe og te til fri afbenyttelse samt sengetøj og håndklæder. Parkeringsplads lige ved siden af cirkusvognen. 300 m til offentlig transport med bus nr. 110 fra Sønderborg, Gråsten og Flensborg.
