This newly built 24 m2 studio is located in the Emmental, 20 minutes from Bern and 20 minutes from Thun. It is very quiet because it is located in a residence on the heights of the village of Konolfingen from where you can admire the landscape of the Swiss Alpine meadows with in particular the famous Stockhorn, and the Niesen... It is within walking distance (15 minutes from the train station) as well as by car. We have a space in the residence's garage available to our visitors. The entry is independent.

Das Studio RoseGarden ist nach Westen ausgerichtet. So können Sie am Abend die Sonne noch lange geniessen. Der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Ein kleiner Teich mit Wasserfall beruhigt die Sinne.

Everything is renovated with a fantastic view of the Alps, Bern and the Gürbetal. 7.5 Km from the city center of Bern and 6.5 km from Belp airport. We offer - two bedrooms - living room with kitchen and bathroom (fully equipped) - laundry (washer+dryer+iron) - garden - pool (not heated) - outdoor dining table - parking for 2x vehicles - towels, bedding - Nespresso, tea - 1 crib & 2 chairs for infants We don't include breakfast.

The apartment is located in the attic with elevator access. Parking is available at your doorstep. Hosts live in the house and are happy to help.

Only 30 minutes by car to Bern or the Bernese Highlands. 1 hour to Interlaken (Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe). 1.5 hours to Lucerne, 2 hours to Engelberg (with Titlis). Our small studio apartment, newly renovated in July 2020, is located in a quiet residential area in an idyllic location on the outskirts of Rüfenacht. Parking is available right by the house. Public transport stop in the immediate vicinity (5 minutes' walk). The city of Bern is about 8 km away. The beautiful skiing and hiking areas in the Bernese Oberland are easily accessible.

The property is located in a rural environment, 5 minutes away from the motorway A6, 10 minutes from the Thun centre and 25 minutes away from Bern.
