Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Muntinlupa City

Stayed there for one night and it was really worth it, love the place and how comfortable everything is.

I highly enjoyed my stay. The design is really outstanding and the sunset view was spectacular. Big tv - check, washer and dryer - check, dyson vacuum and dyson hairdryer -check, fast wifi - check! And Danilo is my favorite host, so helpful and responsive! Thank you! ❤️❤️

Cathy was such a great host! She is very responsive and the instructions for her place were clear. It shows how she cares for the guests' satisfaction. She allowed us to do early check-in so we didn't have to stay out that long. The place was exactly how the pictures looked like in the app/website. Bedsheets✔️ Towels ✔️ no bugs✔️Ac and water pressure✔️wifi for foreigners✔️ To be fair, they didn't provide the room slippers so if you are icky about carpets, bring your own. The elevator may take time depending on the time of the day. Nonetheless, the stay was great. I highly recommend. We used to stay with Seda multiple times in the past but I can confidently say it is comparable with how clean and convenient it is. Plus her place is on the corner so it was extremely quiet at night with no outside noise coming in from the neighbors. :) Will book again!

Jins place was perfect for us. I like the lay out of the unit. Open plan kitchen and sitting room. The kitvhen is equiped for cookinh. The sitting room is comfortable to relax and watch movies. The bedroom has a big, king bed that is SO comfortable. There are 4 pillow and a duvet. Having Jin as host is lovely. She is always on the ball. Always quick to reply and very polite. Wifi in great. The cleaner, Fe (I think is lovely). Jin has offered us to leave our luggage in the room even if it is not ready yet. We extended our stay and moved to a different unit, she also offered to transfer our stuff to T1. We very much appreciate you Jin. Thank you so much for making our stay trully comfortable.

We loved Adam's place! His communication was proactive. He always let us know what to expect. I loved the welcome we had - he had a clearbook about everything in the place as well as what to expect, what do to and local recommendations. We truly felt at home. Beautiful, clean, and comfortable house within a quiet and peaceful community. The security to enter the community was also good, it makes you feel safe. Ms. Elena also made sure we are taken care of during our stay. There are ready water gallons that we can drink for free and there is no need to look for a laundry place cause there is a washing machine available that you can use. Veronica's place is perfect – Highly Recommend! We all had an amazing experience - relaxing, clean, comfortable beds and complete with amenities. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. Tatay Abet also welcomes us warmly and always their when needed. We appreciate that the host even provided us with welcome gifts. There are coffe and complete toiletries where you will that you are home away from home. The location is also perfect. We will definitely go back! :)

Our whole family had such a great time staying at Home Along the E.K. for 2 nights and 3 days! The house is equipped with top-notch furniture & appliances which made our staycation both comfy & convenient. Plus, it’s just right beside Enchanted Kingdom, which was a huge bonus for us. The place is super clean too! The host is super friendly and easygoing - loved how flexible she is which made everything stress-free for us. Thank you, Ms. Eva! The property manager, Ate Nadine, is incredibly warm and just a message away whenever we needed anything, which made our stay worry-free. There’s honestly so much to do: board games, PS4, Netflix, and even karaoke, which kept things fun the whole time. Definitely one of the best stays we’ve had. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a chill and fun spot near E.K!

Friendly and responsive host. Place is very spacious and well equipped.

Kamlon was the answer to our prayer at that time of need. We had issue on our previous place of stay that we need to book another place. Kamlon responded quickly and offered to pick us and drop off to his unit. My husband has a challenge of walking due to recent hip surgery, Kamlon made it smoothly possible with our transport. He even let us checked out late as our flight is almost at midnight. WiFi is very strong, the place is just walking distance from uptown mall and close range for almost everything. Thank you very much for being such a kindhearted person! We will definitely use your place in our next visit to the Philippines-My husband said, “Salamat Po!”

We stayed at La Prima for an overnight stay but the value we got was definitely more than what we paid for. Starting from the village gate the guards are very courteous when they were assisting us. The unit can easily be located. Check in process is a breeze. Upon entry, the house smelled clean and already felt homey. Bathrooms are clean and the master bedroom is really cozy. The hosts are very responsive with every inquiry that we had. We really loved their place. The minimalist interior is so relaxing and there are no clutter.

The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a long stay. The kitchen had all the essentials for home-cooked meals. We appreciated how quiet and safe the neighborhood felt. Communication with hosts was smooth, and they were always quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this Airbnb to families or anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Would definitely stay here again!

A decent place to stay in the heart of Muntinlupa close to Manila, local malls, and the airport. I enjoyed the property as it had its own private pool, restaurant, coffee shop, hair salon, and others. It’s walking distance to a Starbucks, bank, and grocery store. The property itself is guarded by security 24/7 so it’s relatively safe. The condominium itself was good and had everything you need for a short or long term stay. I wish the unit was more modern and newly renovated but it is a good and affordable option. The host and co-host are superb and answered questions quickly.

Dhonalyn's place was easy to find and it was very clean. It was very convenient that there's a store and laundry place right in front of it. The guards at the area were also helpful and friendly. Both her and her brother were very responsive and proactive, making sure that I had all my queries answered and I am doing alright.

the place was nice and the host is very responsive and friendly and also the staff of the area. very clean area and place but my only concern is the smell of the unit and CR, maybe you should put exhaust in the CR or check the drainage system and inside the unit you can spray linen spray and auto air freshener or humidifier but overall it is worth it and i will still give 5 star rating to the host and the area itself. will definitely book this area again. thank you so much

We stayed at this place before leaving from our long vacation in the Philippines. We really enjoyed every single bit of it. Host is very responsive, staffs are very friendly too! The master is huge and the bathroom! The host also provide air mattresses for extra beddings. The unit is really close to pool access. Kitchen is equipped with a lot of cooking and dining utensils. You’ve got everything you need here! Stores and restaurants are just outside the place ! We are very comfortable inside the house. We will definitely come back and stay again ! This is one of our family’s favorite condo we visited so far. Kudos to the host!
