It is located in a quiet residential area 400m from the sea and 10- 15 minutes' walk from the Kotor old town. A big supermarket is a 3-minute walk from the house, and a hiking trail to Vrmac Mountain is a 5-minute walk. The House location is easy to find if you come with your own car. If you arrive by bus, you can reach us in 15 minutes' walk. There is a local bus stop in front of the house.

The house is situated right on the coast, offering breathtaking sea views. The stone architecture gives it a charming, authentic feel, perfect for a romantic getaway. Inside, the house is beautifully decorated, with unique artwork on the walls painted by one of the owners, adding a personal and artistic touch. Every detail in the house reflects the care and creativity of the hosts, making it a truly special place to stay. Mimi and Vanja, the hosts, were exceptionally kind and welcoming. Ideal location for visiting Kotor and the surrounding area. 30 min walk from the old town. Directly on the waterfront. Bed not very comfortable, but the view and the welcome from the hosts is superb! We would highly recommend! Easily accessible parking

Absolutely amazing! The place, the view and most importantly the hosts. You’ll not find a better place to stay, the view from terrace, the possibility to jump into the water when ever you feel like, it’s just few steps away, the comfort of the apartment and the warm welcome from the hosts. The location is ideal, away from the crowd, but still a walking distance from the old town. Perfect base for exploring neighboring towns and sights. I would definitely go again! Thank you for the hospitality!
