Holiday rentals with a patio in Muratpaşa

Airbnb’yi ilk kez kullanarak bir tatil planladık. Yorumlara ve lokalizayona bakarak seçim yaptık. Bizim için çok güzel bir deneyim oldu. Rezervasyonu yaptırdıktan kısa bir süre sonra Damla hanım ve Tutku bey bizimle iletişime geçtiler. Evi bulmamız için gerekli olan tüm bilgileri ayrıntılı olarak whats up tan gönderdiler. Bununla birlikte tüm restoranların ve gezilecek yerleri konumlarıyla birlikte bizimle paylaştılar. Evi çok rahat bulduk. Manzarası harikaydı. Deniz manzarası bizi çok mutlu etti. Evin içine gelecek olursa herşey düşünülmüş. Özellikle oturma odası ve yatak odası çok genişti. Çift banyo ve tuvalet olması da rahat ettirdi. En ufak sıkıntımızda Tutku bey’e çok rahat ulaşabildik. Tutku bey çok misafirperver ve çözüm odaklıydı. Antalya’ya tekrar gidecek olsak yine aynı yerde kalmak isteriz. Tutku bey ve Damla hanıma gösterdikleri ilgi ve alakadan dolayı çok teşekkür ederiz .

Beautiful apartment located in walking distance to the old town of Antalya. Adnan was extremely friendly and very responsive to our needs. The apartment is spacious and clean, equipped with everything you need. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. It was clean, well-equipped, and in a perfect location — walking distance to both the city center and the beach. One thing I really appreciated was how quiet and peaceful the apartment was. I had read earlier reviews mentioning some noise between neighboring units, but it’s clear that the host has taken serious steps to fix that. During my stay, I didn’t experience any noise issues at all — the sound insulation was excellent. The host, Berat, was incredibly attentive and responsive throughout. He clearly puts a lot of care into his property and the guest experience. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Evde kaldığımız süre boyunca her şey mükemmeldi! Ev tam fotoğraflardaki gibiydi, tertemizdi ve çok rahat bir ortama sahipti. Evin dizaynı gerçekten çok güzel düşünülmüş, her detayda özen hissediliyor. Konumu harika ve ev sahibi de çok ilgili, yardımseverdi. Kendimizi gerçekten evimizde gibi hissettik. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz. Tekrar gelmek isteriz.

Great location, very walkable and close to public overnight parking garage so ideal for travelers with cars. Spacious apartment with laundry and kitchen amenities. Easy with kids as minimalist decor. Loved the stay and would book again!

Tolle Unterkunft in Muratpaşa – absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt! Die Lage ist super – besonders für alle, die das Nachtleben genießen möchten, ist die Unterkunft perfekt gelegen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und angenehm klimatisiert, was gerade bei den warmen Temperaturen ein großer Pluspunkt war. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden im Vorfeld sehr gut informiert, und der Check-in verlief völlig problemlos. Insgesamt eine rundum gelungene Erfahrung – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Umut et ses co-hotes ont été d'une réactivité et d'une gentillesse incroyable. nous sommes venues à deux mere et fille et tout était parfait. du début à la fin notre hote a été disponible et surtout très réactif. Le logement proposé est tout à fait conforme à la description. grand appartement, une grande belle terrasse à l'étage pour profiter du soleil et de la vie sur la mer. la proximité avec la plage et les boutiques et activités, tout était vraiment parfait. je recommande totalement Umut et son logement. je reviendrais certainement chez Umut . merci pour cette belle semaine passée grâce à vous . milles merci 😊🙏🙏🙏

If you are looking to stay in a true Turkish neighborhood surrounded by beautiful nature - this is the place. Great view to sit with coffee or wine. Lovely little cafe right down the road and bakery with coffee just 10 minute walk. Bus stop only 10 minutes as well. The host is awesome. Very quick to respond to any questions or needs. Gave many great recommendations and super helpful when I needed any assistance. Can and his mom made my stay extra memorable for the 3 weeks I was in Antalya.

We stayed here with our family of four in May. The apartment is very nice and the pool and secluded courtyard were wonderful. Very close to restaurants and old town but far enough to reduce the noise.

We were excited to stay here cause it's located in the middle of old town. And as expected, it's a great house, with 3 big bedrooms, living area, bathroom and a big kitchen with appliances & utensils (just like the pics). Everything was closely located: beach, restaurants, nightlife, markets for groceries, modern shops... When we arrived (before the check-in time), they helped us with the luggage. They also brought some fruit & water for our first day. So overall a very friendly & welcoming staff! Communication with the host was great! He was welcoming, quickly responded when asked a question, also helped with booking trips and he was honest which ones were worth it and which ones were not (even gave us a discount). We also had a great view from the balcony where we sat to relax. The restaurant below us had live music almost every night which we also enjoyed (bring earplugs if you can't sleep with loud noises 😉). Conclusion, I definitely recommend this place! 😊

Sedat was great! helped with everything we needed. the villa was a bit small and outdated but we did not spend much time there as there was plenty of restaurants and bars walking distance. I would definitely stay again!

Отличное расположение возле остановки трамвая и автобусов. Не было никаких проблем с коммуникацией. Давольно тихо ночью. Хорошая цена

This is the most wonderful spot in Old Town. Super well located surrounded by great restaurants, bars, shops and just a couple of minutes walk away from all the attractions. Pro tip: the restaurant right next to the front door makes the best pizza I have ever had (sorry Italy!) It’s also worth mentioning that the place was absolutely sparkling clean and well maintained. It felt like everything was brand new. They were really super lovely hosts, helpful and always friendly. I will definitely be coming back to enjoy this little slice of heaven.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Appartment und das Gebäude waren sehr sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber und die Familie waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist auch ideal. Man findet alles in Fußnähe. Wir werden das Appartment definitiv weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank :)

Arrivée de nuit à l'aéroport d'Antalya, facile d'accès depuis l'aéroport. Proche du centre ville. Parking à disposition. Excellent accueil alors que nous sommes arrivé pendant la nuit. Eau, café à disposition. Nous étions 4 les 2 chambres et l'appartement était suffisant. Merci pour l'accueil et le logement.

The accommodation was clean and pretty.Good location from antalya airport. 24 hours security service. we enjoyed with our family.

We had a perfect staying at Taci place . The location is unbeatable , 7 min to old town, also strategically positioned to get to Lara caddesi in minutes . The apartment has anything you need , we did not cook but you could definitely do, washing machine , spacious bedroom , comfortable living room , easy to get in and out . The parking is on a busy street indeed but we never really had an issue to find a spot even on the street close by. There is a small beach literally 5 min away. We never met Taci, we only connected via what’s up when we checked in mostly, but this is a good thing , because everything was perfect and we did not need to bug him about anything 😀 We definitely recommend the place , 💯. And we will return !

Erdem bey ilgili ve nazik birisi..Sorduğumuz sorulara hızlı bir şekilde cevap vermiştir..Kaldığımız yer fotolarda göründüğü gibi temiz ve kullanışlı..Havuza çıkış balkonu olması çok güzel..Tercih edecekler düşünmeden karar verebilir..

Wir sind mit unserer 4 monatigen Tochter angereist. Der Alex hatte uns die Nr von seinen Vater hinterlassen der zur der Zeit auch vor Ort war und genau nebenan wohnt. Der hat uns herzlich empfangen und die Schlüsselübergabe gemacht. So ein toller herzenslieber Mensch gewesen wir haben uns so gut verstanden mit ihm, wenn man Fragen hatte, konnte man immer bei ihm klopfen. Der hat unsere Tochter so geliebt und immer für sie gesorgt wenn er mal am Pool vorbeiging,hat er immer gefragt was macht unsere Prinzessin. Einfach ein sehr toller Mensch gewesen. Die Wohnung ist schön klein, man hat alles was man zum Leben braucht. Sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und man gelangt von der Terrasse aus direkt zum Pool, das ist richtig gut gewesen. 200 Meter weiter ist ein Mirgos wo man seine Lebensmittel einkaufen kann.Abends ist es schön da in der Meile spazieren zu gehen aber einfach alles zu überteuert und Touristenabzocke, mit Auto rausfahren besser

The host and his wife were very nice people and they were very helpful in matter of fact they took us with their car and get us stuffthey felt like family, the house was super clean everything was on point and the place is great just like the photos yet more beautiful, the pool perfect and was 100% private and definitely we are planing to go back again
