Holiday rentals with a patio in Murcia

Good and accommodating host. Our 2go trip was at 6am but our things are locked inside the room so we had to call her and she has been so helpful. She also recommended we visit The Ruins and we’re so glad we did!

Homey vibes and has all amenities we needed for our stay. The cool thing about its location is there’s a connecting walkway (on the 2nd floor) to Robinsons Mall. Unit looks exactly like the photos. Host and staff were friendly and responsive to my inquiries. Thank you for hoisting!

Ms. Rhett and the unit she offered was amazing. it was perfect if you wanted to relax. Ms. Rhett was very accommodating and answered all our questions in a timely manner. I will book this room again if given a chance.

It was an amazing place to stay in. The host was very responsive, we were out for a vacation in Bacolod so we were lost on our way to the place but great thing was Miss Jam (host) was very helpful and responsive. The place is also great. It is near Landers, the bowling alley, a lot of restaurants and Upper East night market. We brought our 3 kids and they had a great time. Was also able to use the pool. Great place to stay for solo travellers and families.

I had a truly convenient and enjoyable stay! The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment I arrived. I also appreciated the mini store on-site it had everything I needed, perfect for quick snacks or meals when I didn’t feel like going out. The kitchen was complete with essentials, so I was able to cook my own breakfast with ease. The peaceful atmosphere and the host’s warm hospitality made the experience even better. I would definitely love to come back again!

Overall stay was great and indeed feels like home. We have left some stuff in the unit and Ms. Dodie and the front desk were very helpful in securing our things and made sure to contact us right away. Super appreciate the easy communication and the super fast wifi was a big plus for my husband and I who were working night shift. Thanks so much!

Nice friendly owner and caretaker . Very good customer service which is most important. Spacious tidy home . Electricity cost payable on checkout is clearly costed and reasonable .

Lovely place to stay with my family. Great having a pool to keep the kids cool during the warm weather. Home has all the amenities you need. Clean and tidy. We had family over and it was great to have the outdoor area to have them over. Thank you for a lovely stay and being a great host.

The place is nice, clean and safe. It's really good for family and barkada. The caretakers are friendly and approachable.

We had a great stay! The host and caretaker were easy to communicate with. The house was pleasant and well-equipped with basic necessities. Adding liquid hand soap in the sinks would have been a nice touch. Our SUV fit perfectly in the garage, though parking was a bit tricky because of maneuvering the gates. Overall, our experience was excellent, and my family loved it.

Manong Ben’s house is very cozy and beautiful. We enjoyed staying in the big house, even though we were having a hard time with water at first but manang Lourdes sent maintenance to get the water pumped fixed. The house has an open space which we love so much. Manong Ben and Manang Lourdes are so friendly and kind. Very close to shopping like SM and lots of little markets for easy meals. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful house manong Ben. I will certainly recommend this house to my friends.

Lovely stay during Christmas eve. Host was very approachable and was on site when we needed assistance. Perfect house if you want some peace and quiet (in the city). Perfect for families who wants to bond since there’s no tv and other stuffs as a distraction. Would definitely come back. Pool and outdoor garden was really nice.

My family and I loved our stay at this residence. It is conveniently located on a main road leading to the town of Isabela, but at a perfect walking distance from the town itself (5 mins. or so), affording us privacy to enjoy the home and backyard without curious eyes trying to peek in. We felt very safe in this home. My wife is from Isabela, and this home was the perfect match for us. She hadn't been back home in over 5.5 years, and our only purpose was to stay local so that my in-laws and wife's extended family could finally meet our children. This was definitely small town living at its best, without lacking any of life's comforts. Thank you Renie for having us over. Also, a special thanks to the two local ladies who made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely be staying at this residence again on our next trip to Isabela!

We had a good stay in this place. It was clean, cozy, and comfortable. It has a functional design which we liked. The host was very nice and accommodating. When we had a problem with the drain, she was quick to respond and fix the problem. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The place is rather small, it would have been ok for 4 people but tight for 5. Th lights in the living room and kitchen are too low (dark)

Geli's unit is exactly how it is described in the listing, but I did not expected to find hidden gems around the neighborhood that I really loved, such as friendly and caring people, Gina's Seafood Market & Restaurant, Manokan Country restaurants, and more. It is very accessible to malls and transportation. I was also touched by how helpful and caring the people in the city are. They go the extra miles when assissting you with anything and often care about you more than their business. As someone who is not used to the scorching hot summer in the Philippines, her place provided exceptional comfort. It is well ventilated and tidy. In addition, Geli is very responsive, proactive, understanding and caring. I am looking forward to visiting Bacolod again to explore more beautiful places and good restaurants, and booking her unit again!

This place was absolutely amazing! The unit was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed—from a comfy bed to fast WiFi and a smart TV with Netflix. The balcony view was a great bonus, and having direct access to Robinsons Mall made everything super convenient. I loved being able to use the gym, billiards room, and the pool, which was clean and peaceful. Check-in was smooth, and Evelyn was a great host—responsive, helpful, and clearly takes pride in her space. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Bacolod. Highly recommend!

I can’t begin to say enough positive things about my experience. Nona was absolutely wonderful and responsive. I initially stayed two weeks and liked it so much that I stayed an additional week. It is by far the most modern AirBnB I’ve experienced in the Philippines. It’s 80 meters from the Ayala Mall. There are easily a couple of dozen restaurants with in a five minute walk. There is a large Metro grocery store within 100 meters. I think you’ll be very happy staying here.

My gf had a fantastic stay at this condo in Bacolod! The unit was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was convenient, close to key attractions and local dining spots. The building staff were friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I especially appreciated the cozy ambiance and quiet surroundings, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bacolod!
