It is situated within the Altaona Golf & Country Club and has 24 hour security. For Golfers, the course is a gem. For non- golfers, there are plenty of things to do & places to visit.

In the heart of Calblanque Natural Park, between Cabo de Palos and La Manga Club. Ibiza-style house with a shared pool (not heated). In an old finca surrounded by nature, 2.5 km from the beaches of Calblanque. Away from mass tourism - Adults only - no pets. The house has a high level of insulation, providing plenty of warmth in winter and coolness in summer. The property enjoys an ideal location, easy access, private parking, and close to all amenities.

Luxurious villa with pool (with sliding cover) and barbecue, just ten minutes from downtown Murcia (the tram stop is two hundred meters from the house). Enjoy its beautiful garden, sun loungers, mini-golf and French pool table. The soccer, tennis and paddle tennis court can be rented by the hour at an additional cost of €10. Family meals and parties are allowed in the barbecue area, but no loud music or large crowds of people (maximum 15 people).

A spacious, ground-floor house with good natural light in one of the quietest areas of Molina de Segura and very close to Murcia and the Altorreal golf course. The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, etc.) and a large green area a 1-minute walk away. Easy parking right at the door. The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.

It has a beautiful courtyard from which you can see one of the fortresses that surround the city It is located in a seafaring, fishing and flamenco neighborhood. Close to Cala Cortina beach and the port and just a short walk to the historic center. The bus and train station are also very close. Very well connected. Easy parking.
