Ideally located between the lakes of Annecy and Bourget, our cottage is located at the entrance to the Bauges Nature Park. In summer, you will enjoy the mountains and lakes for walks, hikes and swimming... In winter you will enjoy the joys of snow and skiing with two small family ski resorts nearby: Semnoz (30 min) and Margeriaz (40 min) as well as the Revard plateau (40 min) for cross-country skiing and hiking. Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. At an altitude of 650 meters (2,133 feet), the 180° view from the terrace of the surrounding mountains is exceptional. Here, you can frequently spot birds of prey and other birds, as well as large animals (deer, does) depending on the season. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants.

This cabin is located in the middle of fruit trees and a huge vegetable garden! Poultry are free around (goose, duck, chicken) 🐤 The river is 30 seconds away with splendid views of the mountains. You have the option to fully open the roof above the bed to admire the stars, even in winter because I have a warm duvet that keeps the heat from the stove 🔥 Shared showers and toilets, 30 seconds from the accommodation.
