Take a break and relax in this peaceful place on the edge of the "Gorges du Chéran" near Annecy and Aix-les-Bains in the heart of the Bauges mountain range, a great place for hiking, summer swimming possible in the river at the bottom of the apartment. In winter you are 30 minutes from the SEMNOZ and MARGERIAZ ski resorts, nice small resorts and 1 hour from the big resorts (La Clusaz or Grand BORNAND). Alby-sur-Chéran is a small, quiet and peaceful medieval village.

Large 32 m2 studio on the ground floor of the owners' house. Independent entrance, quiet assured by the countryside environment (the house is facing fields), very nice view of Semnoz Mountain (famous spot for paragliders that we see passing over the house since a landing area is located 300 m away). This fully equipped studio, with integrated kitchen and bathroom with shower cabin, was completely renovated in 2016. It is perfect for 2 or 3 (1 couple with 1 child)

Very nice wooden chalet 50m2,near Annecy

The chalet is perfect for a couple or a family , ideally located between lakes and mountains and only 15 kms or so from Annecy and Aix-Les-Bains. The Bauges Massif offers lots of activities like cross-country and downhill skiing , biking or horse riding ….. You will take the most of a wonderful view on the Semnoz Mountain as well as the peacefulness of the village (Héry-Sur-Alby) , while being really close to the town and all its services.

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants. At an altitude of 650 m above sea level, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Pets not allowed. There are frequent raptors and other birds as well as large animals ( deer, deer ) depending on the season.

First thing first I recommend this apartment 100%, it fulfilled our expectations. I stayed a week together with a friend. The apartment was very clean, the surrounding is magnificent. I suggest walking down to the small river behind the apartment. Parkings are everywhere around the apartment. The apartment fits easily more than 2 persons. The apartment is naturally cooled in the summer, the temperature was 33 degrees but we didn’t feel it. Only one small problem, the bed located in the living room is not very comfortable. But this is not a thing to mention.
