I didn't want to leave! I was so at peace there! Esther and Tammy were so amazing and the dogs and cats were so friendly too. Esther went above and beyond with her homemade Italian food. I'm a very picky eater but I ate Everthing she made, and wanted more! my favorite part (besides the amazing food) was the private salt water hot tub while looking at the stars and listening to the crickets. We can't wait to go back soon!

This home was very comfortable and clean. It was quiet and peaceful. We were here early March and weather was sunny. You can take in the views without the leaf foliage at this time. Judy made our stay fabulous. Great communication and instructions on how to get there and self check in was easy. We will book again when travel to Nashville or close to. Did I mention how clean the place is? It was a nice quick ride to broadway but far enough away to feel like you are away from everything. So nice to have a quiet space to re set from the hustle and busy of the city. Cleaner than a hotel and comforts of home. Perfect stay!

My husband and our two dogs travelled to Nashville for a continuing education conference. The home was perfect for the four of us. The home was clean, private and just as described. Our dogs enjoyed stretching their legs in the private backyard. Being just 13 minutes from Music City Center, it made an easy commute for the conference and exploring downtown. We hope to come back to Nashville soon, we loved it. Ashley’s home would be our first pick of where to stay!

Loved staying at Gratidude ranch! So fun, peaceful, and beautiful. Super comfy bed and lots to eat and do within a short drive! We’ll be back for sure! Thank you guys for such a special time 💗🙏

Quiet and safe neighborhood with airplanes flying over…. Very close to airport. Home was clean and well stocked w fluffy towels, extra sheets and blankets and a fantastic coffee bar w lots of options. Washer/Dryer on site was an added bonus. Beds were the only thing we did not absolutely love…. Safe for single female travelers!

This condo was like home from home the moment you walked in it felt clean and welcoming with all things you require. The house was spotless and the washer and dryer was great to get some holiday washing done so you don’t have to take lots of dirty clothes home. The area is very close to Midtown where we frequented most days and nights. We visited the Grand Ole Opry and many other great places and an Uber was only a call away. We walked to Broadway a few times which kept up for and active however we found Midtown was more our style as it’s very busy on Broadway. We visited lots of places and really enjoyed our stay at Carlos and Cheryl’s place thank you for letting us stay we will be back one day ❤️

We rented it for a girls 60th Birthday getaway and loved the place! It was clean, roomy, comfortable and decorated so pretty! We felt right at home and would definitely rent this place again! I would highly recommend this place and looking forward to coming back for another girls trip:)

Katie was such a wonderful host, she was kind and always responded quickly. The condo was beautiful and perfectly clean. We loved the balcony, it was so nice to sit out on and be right by the river. I would highly recommend staying at her condo on your next trip to Nashville. It’s within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and things to do. I can’t wait to come back again!

The reviews were right on. Cute decor. Spacious. Comfortable beds. My husband wants to know the brand of the King size mattress. Closets were so big could use it as another bedroom…lol… It was convenient and perfect for our family. Was in Nashville for CMA fest. Close enough to walk but don’t recommend it after a long day at the concerts and night doing stairs at the bars. Having the kitchen saved us a ton of $ on food. There were more amenities in the place than listed on line. I wouldn’t have brought as much stuff if I had known. Quick responses when I had questions. It was a great stay and I’d definitely stay again. Extra notes: It didn’t bother us but since it was CMA Fest don’t expect the quiet time. It got quiet around 2:30/3 AM. Again, we didn’t care. One issue for us was the weed smell. Even with all the signs no smoking or vaping. Chalk it up to CMA Fest. It is smoke free and people should respect that. Great place, great location. Thank you for having us.

Great place to stay. 20 min walk to downtown, but didn’t feel like it. We enjoyed the balcony and saw a good amount of wild life!
