The house has three cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms and two spacious sun terraces. We offer a vacation home on the Templiner Stadtsee (Bundeswasserstraße) with a jetty. It has a sleeping area with a 2-meter double bed and a separate living area with a sofa bed for 2 people. A kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and fridge-freezer is available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. There are plenty of parking spaces and a double carport. The jetty is located on the town lake below the vacation home and is suitable for fishing.

In the middle of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania - idyllically located and surrounded by forests and lakes - lies our listed farm. The uniquely quiet location invites you to linger. Our apartments have been completely rebuilt in traditional solid oak half-timbered construction and were completed in 2019. In the house there are two neighboring apartments with separate entrances. The description refers to the smaller apartment.

The wooden house is located directly opposite the old sanatorium, only about 150 meters from the swimming area on the clear Zenssee. Each unit in the semi-detached house offers ample space for 7 people on two floors (3 bedrooms), a fireplace and a terrace with a small garden. Bikes can be stored in a lockable shed. Near the house there is a supermarket with a bakery/butcher shop and a canoe rental.

Time out at Lake Tollensee

Our house on Lake Tollensee is a beautiful place to disconnect from the noise of the city. Located directly on Lake Tollensee (a few minutes' walk away), which, with its clear water, invites you to swim or go stand-up paddling. Or to beautiful bike rides about 35 km around the lake. The location between Neustrelitz and Neubrandenburg gives many opportunities for shopping or visiting restaurants.
