With only 5 mins flat stroll to the beautiful safe swimming beach of Orewa and only 7 minutes flat walk to the many Bars, Restaurants and shops of Orewa Beach, you will rarely need to use the car. Featuring a king sized bed, mini fridge, lounge area, toaster (breakfast included inside your studio with toast, butter and jam and organic coffee and milk. Situated in the lively Ponsonby area, it is a five min walk to Ponsonby Road restaurants and a 30 min walk to CBD. The bus to Britomart is a six min walk away.

Located in the heart of West Auckland's vineyards and wedding venues, 36 kms from the Auckland CBD. Close by is Muriwai Beach with its gannet colony and surfing, also the magnificent Kaipara Harbour, Woodhill and Riverhead forests. Ideally situated for those travelling via the scenic Kaipara Coast and 40-60 min to AKL airport.

Laundry amenities at main house and secure on-site car parking. Close to village, semi-rural with sheep on the boundary fence. Must be dog-friendly (2x friendly, pet dogs on-site).

Fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday or de stress after a busy day. According to the NZ Herald 7/9/2017 we are the 5th most wish listed Airbnb in New Zealand. For the month of January we have a minimum of 4 night stay Unfortunately this studio is unsuitable for children and Infants. Couples only.

We have a small flock of the cutest sheep in the world. The apartment is fully self contained with own private entrance and kitchen. 30 mins from the CBD and 30 mins from Auckland international airport. To avoid disappointments please don’t request the farm for functions.
