Apartamentos la Aguilerina es una casa de nueva construcción (enero 2018) situados en Oviñana, un lugar muy turístico situado a solo 9km de Cudillero, que está dividida en tres apartamentos independientes. Los apartamentos cuentan con todas las comodidades y servicios necesarios para una estancia única y relajante Tiene zonas comunes exteriores formados por parrillas, mesas de jardín, jardín y amplia terraza. Es una zona muy tranquila y situados a 5 minutos caminando del centro del pueblo.

En la planta baja, la protagonista es la chimenea de leña situada en el salón; en la primera planta la terraza-balcón con vistas al fondo de valle y las montañas.
