Loved the condo! Jennifer was so helpful and answered me anytime I emailed her. I would suggest this place for anyone who is looking for a nice upscale place to vacation and feel at home.

The location was great- a short block walk to the beach. We enjoyed the porch overlooking the water. Soft bed, adequate cook wear to prepare meals. Overall great stay!!

This was our second time staying here and we had another great experience! The accommodations are just as described and perfect for a family of 4. It is an easy drive to the beach, close to great restaurants, and the pool on site is wonderful for kids.

Really enjoyed the stay at this condominium. Generous supply of beach towels, towels, paper products, dishwashing detergent, washing detergent, seasonings, and bowl of snacks provided. Really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, the view from the balcony, and the beach storage unit where we could place all of our beach gear.

I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a calm and relaxing environment in North Myrtle Beach! This unit was exceptionally clean and tidy, allowing our group to feel right at home. The view from the balcony is stunning and the inside of the place itself is lovely. The location is perfect with an easy walk to the beach! It is conveniently close to a grocery store and several other restaurants, making it an ideal spot for an extended stay. Ervisa, as well as her partner Jon, were incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. She also provided me with her number, ensuring she was always available to answer any questions I had! Overall, a 10/10 experience and I would absolutely book this rental again in the future :).

On arrival Belinda made us feel right at home with her friendly warm welcome. Her property was immaculate and very well presented. We didn't have a good time, we had a GREAT time! The location on the creek was so beautiful and the dock so comfortable we had to drag ourselves away some days. The dock even had a well-stocked refrigerator. The overall location was perfect. There are some great restaurants within easy walking distance, but don't stress, back at the creek you don't hear any of the traffic. The local beach on the island, does have limited parking but with a 5 minute wait we found parking no problem (but it is also an easy bike ride). It was one of the best beaches we've visited in the entire area. We swam, we biked, we kayaked, we fished, we did it all. It was a total blast. The studio is huge, super clean, has everything you need and has a beautiful view from large windows. It was great meeting Ben and Molly, they made us feel totally at home and are experts on the area. We will be back.

This Airbnb was perfect! Spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with everything we needed. Rebecca was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. The home is nestled in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood—great for relaxing after a day of exploring. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, style, and a seamless stay. Would definitely return!

Our small golf group ventured off the beaten path and picked this beautiful home for our stay in Pawley's Island and we had a blast. The place is great, easily accommodating us and the location right on the water & marsh areas was spectacular. Internet & cell phone service no problem, along with easy access to the great golf courses we played (Caledonia, True Blue & Pawley's Plantation). Our vacation was the best ever and staying at this beautiful home helped make it even better.

We really enjoyed Carissa's place. The canal access, hot tub, hammocks/swings, and pleasant space were fantastic. Cherry Grove is a great part of Myrtle where you can still do fun things and get some peace. Garland

Our stay at the rental home was amazing. The beach was simply steps away. The owners provided all beach chairs, beach umbrella, rolling cooler & a beach wagon so it was very easy to pack up our gear & go every day. All beach towels were also included. We loved the fenced in backyard, which was perfect for our fur babies. The pool was also amazing. We could not be any happier with the total experience of renting this house. All instructions were clearly communicated in a very timely manner, & any correspondence with the owner was always answered very quickly. The house was very spacious. We had a total of 11 people & 3 dogs for our week long stay & with four bedrooms everyone was more than comfortable. There were also three full bathrooms, which was great & accommodated everyone to shower & get ready on a daily basis. The kitchen was well stocked with plates & silverware along with pots & pans, & it was very nice to see a ton games throughout the house for adults and children to play

The house fit our needs perfectly. The front and back outside patios were a favorite. Adam was quick to respond to us with great recommendations for fishing

What a beautiful place! The space was peaceful after a day filled with adventures, which was exactly what we needed. Les and Audrey were timely and kind in their responsiveness (we only had one unimportant question). We can't recommend their space highly enough! :)

This was the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Stocked is an understatement. All kinds of small details, very thoughtful. Extremely clean, especially for being beach front. Normally you’d run into rusty bathrooms etc. But this was not like that! Bath toys for the kids, quality shampoos and conditioners. Tampons, which is SO thoughtful for a beach trip. Decorated so classy and cozy. Samantha was extremely kind, and responded within minutes. We will hope she has us again, because we plan to never stay at another beach condo again now that we’ve found this one. Garden city has been our spot for over 50 years in our family. THIS was the BEST.

What a fabulous find! Even better than the pictures! Great location, right on the beach, balcony overlooking the waves, fully loaded with everything you need. Took my 81 year old Mother and it was very easy for her as well. If relaxing and listening to the waves is what you are in need of, look no further. Sandy Toes is the place to be! We had a great vacation and highly recommend this condo! The rental was beautiful, very homey, updated and clean. The location can’t be beat. It was convenient getting to both the pool and the beach. It was only a couple of steps if you forgot something and had to run back. Even though the pool was shared, it was rarely crowded. The condo was well stocked, beyond your typical “enough to get started”. There were cleaning supplies, including dishwasher pods, trash bags, and laundry detergent. The kitchen was well stocked, had great appliances and all the basic cooking supplies like salt & pepper, cooking oil, coffee pods and coffee filters. The two decks were amazing. The view from the second story deck was incredible. I wish they had a table on one of the decks so we could eat meals outside while looking at the ocean, but we made do with the rocking chairs. The beds were a little stiff for our liking, but that’s personal preference. Otherwise it was amazing and we’ll be back!

I’m a local who just needed a place to crash and decompress after extensive international travel before I went back to the chaos of home/work/etc. This quiet spot on the river was an actual dream. I got to watch the sun rise and set on the river, get my laundry done, go for a couple swims, and relax away from Memorial Day weekend craziness. I was even able to bring my mom, who had her own side of the condo for the same purposes. Bliss.

The place was beautiful and really peaceful. We usually stay in the middle of everything but this year we went with something more peaceful! It still was close to everything. A little slice of heaven with beautiful sunrises and sunsets!
