The old post office

In the heart of Provence and the Luberon, we have our rustic, cool stone house that previously housed the old post office of the village. The rent includes sheets, towels and final cleaning. The house is charming, clean and functional but please note that it is a very old house with extensive wear and tear on the walls and floors. For us the simplicity and rustic contribute to a genuine and restful feeling, however, with full understanding that it is not experienced so by everyone. Please take the simplicity of consideration when booking.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for groups of up to 6 people (plus 1 baby bed and 1 child bed). The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a plancha, a swimming pool with 6 deckchairs, a small outdoor lounge, a south-facing terrace with large table, chairs and parasol. The property is enclosed and has private parking spaces. The house is located 2 minutes from the village of Murs, 20 minutes from a supermarket (Apt or Coustellet), 9 km from the beautiful village of Gordes and 50 minutes from Avignon TGV train station

It is located close to the famous villages of the Luberon, such as Gordes, voted MOST BEAUTIFUL PERCHED VILLAGE IN THE WORLD, Roussillon, Bonnieux... From your accommodation you can reach the hiking trails. Quiet reigns here. My studio is rated 3 stars by the inter-municipal tourist office PROVENCE-LUBERON. The studio has very nice underfloor heating.

A small grocery store and an excellent restaurant « Le Crillon » are available in the village a few meters from our house. A public swimming pool is available in Saint Saturnin les Apt village, 20 minutes drive.
