Older house but containing all necessary things for a comfortable stay. There’s a space for at least two cars. The plot has a fence so you can let your dogs run freely. The area is quiet and full of wonderful walking routes. Really recommend this place!

Fantastic off-grid cabin. Wood-fired heaters, hot water supply and kitchen. Outdoor space for campfire and barbecue.

The location was very quiet and the surroundings wonderful. There are some animals on site and nearby which is very nice. The place was very clean and the check-out information was very detailed. The only thing that was tedious was the communication in advance regarding check-in. We received information for the local arrival to find the place, but none for the check-in and shortly before the arrival also no answer to a request.

Very nice place in the old castle. Hosts very kind and helpful. Stayed during skiing with 9 years old son, he said it's a perfect place :) We are very happy to be there.

Amazing charlet overlooking the mountains. The house was exactly like described; very cleen, plenty of room and a completely equipped kitchen that makes it easy to cook all sorts of meals. Christian is a great host that is very helpfull before and after the visit. Very recommendable.

We had a wonderful few days here in the peaceful Alpine surroundings. We could walk from the door or a short drive away, and climbed the Hochswung peak. Renate is a generous host and it is clear that the house is a well loved family retreat. We did not want for anything during our stay and would recommend for anyone looking for a quiet place to restore peace from a busy life for a few days.

ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED! 👍✨ The farm is located in the middle of a natural idyll with a beautiful view. On the lush green meadows with wildflowers, cozy seating areas under large trees invite you to linger, relax and slow down in the shade. From time to time you are visited by the animal residents and curiously eyeed or asked for petting. The lovingly furnished and very clean feel-good rooms promise an incredibly relaxing night after extensive hiking in the beautiful surroundings. Nicole and Georg run their farm with a lot of love and joy, you immediately notice that. If you are interested, the two like to share their very extensive knowledge about sustainable and species-appropriate agriculture and their joy for and with country life. You have the opportunity to get to know all the animal inhabitants and learn a lot about them. A great experience for young and old!

We had a very nice time in the cottage. The two children enjoyed the animals & the many play opportunities on the outdoor area. It was all very clean and well maintained and even more beautiful than in the pictures. Thanks to the sauna and hot tub, we were able to relax well and the view was fantastic on all sides!

Nicole and Georg's apartment is located in a fantastically beautiful plateau in the middle of meadows and forests. We spent a relaxing, perfect time at the grassland farm. The apartment is cozy and charmingly furnished, in the garden the soul swing was our favorite place. The two hosts are very friendly and accommodating. We can make an unrestricted recommendation.

A fantastic accommodation, very quiet location. Beautiful views and for children there is a great playground at the house. The starry sky is indescribable at night. And a freshly tapped one should also not be underestimated. Highly recommended!

There were 8 of us in the beautiful chalet (4 adults, 4 children). We came after the ski season to have some quiet time and we were actually almost alone in the small settlement. The cabins directly on site were of course not in operation. The kids had fun tobogganing and there are easy hiking trails and playgrounds all around. The house was tip top, clean and high-quality furnished and offered a lot of coziness even on cool days thanks to the fireplace and sauna. Right next to the house there is a small chute that you can hear while sleeping on the house side and we found relaxing. The Therme Fohnsdorf is an ideal day trip. Our hosts were very helpful and accommodating.

All in all a great but not exactly inexpensive place to stay! The 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet, the fireplace and the gas grill, as well as the available kitchen utensils greatly enhance the stay. However, the additional costs that are not immediately apparent during the accommodation search, such as surcharges per person, electricity, gas, bedding, towels make the Zirbitzhütte a not exactly cheap pleasure. The fact that the cabin is very audible should also be noted (especially when choosing the co-travelers). ;)

We enjoyed the "nature chalet" very much. Caro, our landlady, is always friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back.
