Our cozy Zirbitz hut with sauna and fireplace is located directly on the edge of the forest with wonderful views of the mountains of the Zirbitzkogel-Grebenzen Nature Park at an altitude of 1050 meters. The hiking trails start right at your doorstep, the snow-safe Grebenzen ski resort is a few minutes away. On the spacious, partially covered terrace you can hear the sound of the nearby mountain stream, sun worshipers will get their money's worth here

This house with ~ 270m ² living space is furnished in the style of the 70s and comfortable. The ground floor is divided into kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom + separate toilet and pantry. On the 1st floor there are 4 bedrooms for 2 persons each with their own shower + WC, 3 of them with a balcony and TV. In the attic is a spacious studio apartment as can be seen on the photos. Relaxation zone on our own fish ponds incl. Barbecue area.

The cottage is right next to our own agriculture on Gaberlstraße and is ideal for self-catering. A fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and dishes offers space for self-catering and for the shared chat. In two double rooms as well as a sleeping camp, 6 to 8 people can be accommodated – perfect for large families or group travelers and for those who appreciate the tranquility of our region.
