S&D House is located in Svica,7km away from Otočac. It offers accommodation, free WiFi, parking and a large yard. The house has a bedroom, a living room, a gallery with two French beds, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and another separate toilet. In the basement of the house there is a socializing room containing a table with chairs, an auxiliary kitchen and a tavern for tasting products from our own OPG.
