It also has a BONUS 3rd convertible bedroom/sitting room/office (with full sized convertible sofa bed 90 x 200), a large living room and dining room area, with a brand new and fully equipped kitchen. Check in at 3pm, check out before 11am. Early check in / late check out may be available for a fee, please check with your host if you have special requirements. We will do our best to accommodate you. Set up / turn down for the bonus bedroom/sitting room (90cm x 200 bed) is upon 24 hour ADVANCE request provided that you have paid for the additional guest. We will only do this if you request, otherwise, the additional bedding, towels, etc will be placed in the room for you to set up when you require. Baby chair (1 provided FREE of charge). Bottle warmer, baby monitor available free of charge upon request. As much as we like a good party, parties are not allowed. There is a security system in place for the house with two cameras (one in living room, one in entrance hall). These cameras are only activated when alarm is armed. There is a privacy shield which you can utilize to cover the camera for your comfort. We will do this prior to check in.

The lounge area continues with this contemporary and full of personality style thanks to its exposed brick wall, geometric carpet and elegant designer furniture. In addition, the room is spacious and bright thanks to its balcony of more than 3 meters high that allows the passage of natural light. The dining room has a large wooden table and six chairs, setting up a perfect place for more formal meals. On this floor there is also the master bedroom, while the other is accessed through an elegant metal and wood staircase. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and is very relaxing thanks to its blue and gray tones. The second also has a double bed located on an elevated platform that together with the yellow lamp and its patterned cushions, create a unique comfort environment.  The living room is furnished with a three-seater sofa bed (and double bed) beautiful coffee table, an armchair, a small table with a lamp, a floor lamp and a flat-screen TV with stand. The dining area has a table for six people. The kitchen is open to the living room and has a bar with two stools. In addition, it is fully equipped. The master bedroom has a bed (1.80m x 1.90cm), two night tables, two wall lamps, fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a bed (1.80m x 1.90cm) and a bedside table with lamp. Ceiling is bit lower 2m height aprox. There is a second bathroom with shower. The entire floor has wooden floors, except the bathrooms and the kitchen that are ceramic. Finally, the apartment has its own newly renovated private gym where guests can enjoy fitness. The house is fully equipped with utensils and appliances of leading brands. It has air conditioning, radiator heating, free WIFI connection, Ethernet connection and Smart TV with international satellite channels.

Open tall wooden shutters and let morning light stream into a room with exposed timber framing and whitewashed brick walls reaching to high ceilings. Have breakfast in a cheerful open space at a sunny table in front of an elegant fireplace. I have several apartments in Madrid, but this is the latest one I have decorated, paying close attention to detail. I have truly tried to make it as comfortable as possible for my guests. It has lots of light and it's beautiful. If one were to read my reviews they would notice that I care a lot for my guests, I am always readily available, and I try my best to make them feel at home when they are in Madrid. You will have the whole apartment. We will be there in person to meet you, and give you the keys. After you book, I give you my number and you can text or call if needed. The apartment is in Chueca, one of the nicest and trendiest neighborhoods in Madrid. Walk to the main street, Gran Via. It's near the Prado, Puerta del Sol and Parque del Retiro. It's surrounded by wonderful places to have tapas and a glass of wine. We are about a block away from the Gran Via, you can walk everywhere, but we also have metro stations and buss stops nearby. If you are coming with a car, there is a Public Parking Garage about 2 minutes walking from the apartment.

Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.
