You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Villa Kruthuset is a newly built vacation home (2023+2026) with a personal touch and a unique, secluded location for meetings and gatherings. Located in the outer archipelago and Femöre nature reserve with the possibility of both an active stay and time for recovery. Enjoy a sauna, kayak tour or cook together. There is plenty of space for socializing and wonderful dinners, as well as the opportunity to close the door behind you (9 bedrooms - 10 beds, including bed linens and towels).

Vårt charmiga 50-talshus ligger högt och ostört på en fantastisk havstomt, bara 50 minuter från Stockholm. Här väntar skandinavisk design, öppen planlösning, öppen spis, stor solig altan och en mysig gäststuga. Fiska, njut av lugnet eller hyr vår motorbåt och upptäck öar, badvikar och magiska solnedgångar från sjösidan.

The house is ok for 4 people in 2 smaller bedrooms and a summer kitchen/orangery. The house is located below the main house which is occasionally used by ourselves or sometimes also rented out separately. 4WD car is recommended.
