Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Muskegon County

Great Neighborhood! Thea has thought of everything! Nice welcome gift that we never did get a chance to use so we left for the next guest but the thought was so appreciated! The labels on cupboards were super helpful! Nice walk to Lake Michigan. We had 7 people and were very comfortable here.

We loved everything about Jamie’s place! It’s clean, bright and just so cute, and it has everything you could ever need in a home away from home. We’ve stayed in a few local Airbnbs and this one has been our favorite by far. We hope to return!

This is a great place! Beautiful lake views and so many amenities. Kathy has gone above and beyond and thought of every little detail and the small things which matter! A welcome box of snacks, plenty of K cups for coffee. The place is immaculate and I would definitely recommend!! Thank you Kathy!

Great location & Airbnb. Felt like home, and had everything I needed. Close to shopping, restaurants, etc but not in the middle of a busy area. Will be back!

The house was perfect for us. It was peaceful, relaxing and close to the things we wanted to do. We were close to Grand Haven, Muskegon and Whitehall. We ended up getting ice cream in Fruitport, too. Tom was very hospitable and had bottled water and some other drinks in the refrigerator for us. He also provided coffee. It was a wonderful stay at Tom’s place.

Loved staying here for the week! Had everything we needed and Maureen was quick to respond to any questions. We be saying a gin when we come visit family.

Our stay was pleasant! The location was was convenient and the home was beautiful! Lots of natural light in addition to the lighting in the home.

We enjoyed our stay. We were in a crunch as we had issue with our place we had booked for the weekend. I reach out to John at almost 9 at night he was open and very accommodating to get us booked and checked in with in minutes. His place is so nice very clean had everything we needed , we were in town with friends for the tulip festival. Location was perfect. Will definitely be back.

Lovely little upstairs apartment, much warmer to come home to after a day full of meetings than a hotel.

Absolutely great place to stay! I've stayed at many Airbnb's and this was by far the best, Douglas was the best host I've had as well!! He was so kind and answered everything so fast! Very clean and spacious, it was easy to find and in a great area! It was so close to everything we needed for our trip. It was our first trip up to michigan and Douglas's Airbnb made it better than expected! It had everything we needed and more! Definitely recommend staying here and will definitely come back to Muskegon and I am making sure I would stay here again!

My whole family loved this place! By far one of my favorite stays! Such a cozy place. Has absolutely everything you need. Good spots near by, very peaceful and a good size backyard, which my puppy loved!

My husband’s and mine first time in Muskegon, and we will definitely be back! The host and Airbnb were absolutely perfect, we had everything we needed. Everything was pristine, beds were comfy, and the views from the windows were beautiful even in the winter. There was so much to walk to easily in this area. We loved the coffee shop and ice cream creamery on the first floor of the building. Must stay!

very cozy and clean. bathrooms and showers definitely not equipt with heat. but other than that was very nice place.

Our stay in Cabin #2 (or as our son called it "Our Green House) was spectacular. The home was just right for a family of four (two adults and two children 3 and under). It was very clean. There were more than enough towels and other essentials + extras (soap, toilet paper, spices to name a few). The access to the beach was perfect - far enough that I didn't feel it unsafe for the kids to wander to, but still SO close. There are also good kid-proof locks on the screen doors. There was a playset as well where our oldest made friends a few evenings who were staying at the other cabins. A few notes (which are not really complaints at all, just to be more informative): -the wifi was a bit spotty , but usually we could reconnect within a few minutes if it dropped off. -the cabins are located down a dirt road with a few dips. -the rooms can get a little warm at night with the doors closed on the hotter days, however a fan was provided to help the air move and cool down the rooms.

The individual owner/host Rob is a 5-star standout. He accommodated everything we asked quickly and was personable. The property was also 5 star, everything we needed. Evolve, the prop mgt co., while hi tech and responsive, removed a layer of human touch I've always valued engaging with hosts directly. They ultimately accommodated a booking snafu I had but it would have not gone favorably had I not persisted and called out the lack of true empathy and assistance. The owner was gracious enough to step in to accommodate and we had a great experience in the end.

Great place to stay for the price, hot tub was amazing and having the Blackstone and grill made it even better. It’s secluded enough to get away from the city but still only a 10 min drive to downtown Whitehall. Can’t recommend it enough, would definitely stay there again

The host Daniel is exceptional. Very friendly and responsive. The kinda host you wouldn't mind inviting in. When I sent a message his response was immediate. Please understand the type of stay you are booking. It is a cabin stay. As such, it meets and exceeds expectations for a place where your dogs are welcome and you can relax. The lake is a very short walk and in view. The beds were comfortable and clean. All the cabin is as clean as a stay of this type should be. The couch was actually more comfortable than 90 percent of other home stays I have done and I have done a few. I was there to rest from a 12 hr drive but noticed another large family enjoying the firepit and games in the rec area. Priceless time for them I'm sure. Excellent host and stay.

Bryan’s place was probably the best Airbnb that my family and I have stayed in thus far, hands down! The private lakeshore has the ability to make you forget all of life’s problems. Additionally, there’s plenty of space at the secluded cottage for a small group (a family in my case), the kitchen literally has more than enough essentials items for meal preparation, AND there’s a wholesome abundance of other amenities such as a washer and dryer, WiFi, etc. Plus, it’s 100% kid friendly in my personal opinion. The only, and I mean only issue, was the cellular reception. I used the WiFi calling feature on my iPhone and it allowed me to make and receive calls most of the time. However, that had zero bearing on my 5-state rating because it’s not something that the host could control. Bryan, thanks for an awesome stay 👊🏽 . I’ll be back to visit again!
