Whether you’re traveling down I-40 or Hwy. 69, moving a college student to Connors State College, or just visiting family in the area, this cozy little one bedroom house is the perfect place to stop and relax. There is plenty of room to sleep up to four people. There is a queen bed, a twin fold-out bed and a large comfortable sofa (not a sleeper sofa). Guests can enjoy free WiFi & High Speed Internet. There are two separate TVs so there’s no fighting over who gets to watch what.

Cozy home on Lake Eufaula. Just 5 miles off of I-40 and 7 miles from Hwy 69. At the doorstep of Lake Eufaula State Park and Marina. Neighborhood boat ramp is 1/2 mile from the house. Bring your lake toys with covered parking for multiple vehicles and boats. Two secured garages with electric for charging. One can fit an 18 foot bass boat or bigger (see pictures) and the second can fit smaller boats and jet skis. In addition we are 14 miles to Eufaula Cove Marina.

Small town, restaurants, coffee shop, shopping and minutes from Lake Tenkiller, Arkansas and Illinois rivers, Tenkiller State Park, Greenleaf State Park.

This unit of the duplex will make you want to relax with the whole family or bring your fishing partner for the big win! This unit has 2 separate bedrooms with full functioning kitchen. The lake is only 3 blocks down the street. Boat ramp and any last minute supplies are at Extreme Marina just 4 blocks away. There is electric access for charging your boat or golf cart.
