Holiday rentals with a patio in Muswell Hill, Greater London

I will definitely be booking again! Lovely property, well kept and felt private. Amazing utilities in the kitchen enabling me to cook how I would at home which was great :). Good location, easy check in and pleasant hosts making overall stay a nice experience.

Sanya was a great host, friendly and very responsive. Communication was great always replied to my text messages and was always willing to help. My dad loved her plants and it made him feel even more at home. The apartment is beautiful and clean and so close to everything.

Staying at Richard’s home was a delight! The neighborhood was quiet and cute with a Sainbury’s Local just a 3 minute walk away. It was easy to catch the bus (2 minutes away) and a 20 minute walk to the tube. Richard was specific in his directions for getting in and out of the flat and his home is so beautiful and clean. I felt right at home. This is the perfect place for anyone who is comfortable riding public transit or has a car. Richard could not have been more accommodating or kind. I would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful flat - clean, comfortable, and with everything we needed. Easy access to central London, whilst being peaceful and enjoying pleasant outdoor space and off-road parking. The lovely shady patio was a real bonus in the hot weather.

Great cosy apartment, felt homely....close to bus service into Camden, (markets and the locks) with service outside door. A short stroll around the corner for a frequent bus service into Kings Cross/St Pancras station. Easy to access wherever you want to go! Nice little balcony for a relaxing cuppa! Thanks Corrine

It was amazing really good recommend staying! A beautiful place with everything we could need, from fresh linens and towels to a little desk for work as needed to dishes cookware and even some oils and spices. the bed was so comfortable! and big. Daniel welcomed us with chocolates (and special ones for Easter!) as well as a nice bottle of wine. He was super responsive when we had questions throught the booking and staying process. Daniel proactively offered us a discount because there was construction that prevented us from using the terrace---- so thoughtful of him to do and since we were out all day the construction didn't bother us at all. the neighborhood is amazing. so easy to get to multiple tube lines, restaurants, shopping, groceries etc. highly higly recommend!

Highly recommend Mona’s house. Excellent location with private parking. Close to tube station and walking distance to all the amenities you could need. The house was lovely with loads of space and so well stocked with kitchen equipment and everything we needed. Loads of games and lovely garden. Our family loved our stay.

We had such a great stay at Alex’s place. It felt super cosy and welcoming from the moment we walked in, the perfect place to relax after a day in the city. The area is quiet, but the tube is really close, so getting into central London was super easy. Alex was great, always quick to reply and really friendly. We’d definitely love to come back!

Incredible place, an actual home shared with care and respect exactly the way this platform was originally intended for. Stunning house with amazing garden, super comfortable and fully equipped with anything one could need. Tasteful and luxurious, quiet area close to many parks and restaurants/shops. Hope to be back!

Dina's home is absolutely beautiful! So tastefully decorated and appointed, and it's clear that it is well looked after. We were invited to use whatever we found in the fridge and cupboards, and there was a freshly baked loaf of bread waiting for us when we arrived. It honestly felt like we were staying in a friend's home. Dina's communication was excellent throughout and all the information we needed was provided in advance. I would highly recommend this gorgeous home!

Asta & Jann were extremely wonderful hosts I had such an excellent stay. They always communicated with me making sure I was fine. They are always there to help out would 1000% recommend staying at their property they are great hosts. Also the property is amazing in pictures and in real life will be back again soon.

This was a beautiful house in a lovely neighborhood- walkable to shops and restaurants. It was also a well-equipped kitchen where we were able to make Christmas dinner. The beds were super comfortable and linens very soft. We’d absolutely stay there again!

Our stay at 79 Priory Gardens was superb. The house is modern, well appointed, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The garden is stunning and we were blessed with great weather so that we could enjoy both the garden and the lovely conservatory. The proximity to the Highgate underground station is a real boon. The apartment is absolutely great from all aspects i.e. cleanliness, convenience, sizes, lay-out, quietness and location. Just one little thing which the host can not control. The common areas and stairs need some attention and some cleaning. This didn't spoil our stay whatsoever and we really enjoy our stay in the apartment.

Really easy to access. All the informations given where super detailed. The studio flat itself has planty of space. We found more than anything we would possibly need during our stay. The host replied really quickly to my question and was friendly and kind. Loved the area, especially because it’s right in between Islington and Shoreditch and good for trandports.

I had a lovely stay at Zea's place. The flat is exactly as described and as in the photos on the listing. The flat is perfect for a longer stay with a full kitchen and laundry, along with space to relax or work. The private entry makes it easy to come and go without disturbing the hosts. The location on a residential street is quiet and private. It's a quick walk to the Tube station to get to central London. A supermarket, pharmacy, other stores and restaurants are all within easy walking distance, as is Golders Hill Park and Hampstead Heath. Zea is easy to reach and responds quickly. She left a welcome basket of fruit and a jar of her homemade marmalade, which was delicious! I felt at home, and will definitely look to see if Zea's flat is available the next time I visit London!

The apartment is exactly as described and looks like the pics. It's well-equipped and is excellent value for money. It's in a secure building and close to shops, restaurants etc. The terrace is lovely and super peaceful, so it really does feel like you're away from the bustle of city life.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

Deborah’s place is a dream. I’d been hesitant to book a flat away from central London, but this gorgeous loft ended up being exactly what I needed for a lovely recharge weekend. Deborah was highly communicate and easily reachable with questions on a moment’s notice, and the balcony was idyllic to pop open a bottle of wine and enjoy the sunset.

Stunning property with a beautiful backyard with grass. Great location with plenty of walking option. Right next to the heath (0.4miles).Multiple grocery stores nearby. Hampstead underground has the northern line that we used to go to central areas. Very friendly host who went above and beyond to welcome us. Some special touches like the welcome package and wine were highly admirable. We had a very enjoyable holiday with our two dogs. We will certainly stay again if we have the opportunity! Thanks Amanda !

Eilish was a great host, bubbly waiting for us when we got there and the apartment was very clean and cosy. Would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to London.
