Paul was a very helpful & communicative host, he was proactive & gave us many tips of what to do & eat in the town. If you are looking for somewhere to stay that is largely off the tourist trail you could do worst than to stay at Paul's accommodation. This is a town where you can see real Basque people living authentic lives & not just another tourist trap.

Have just finished a four night stay in this cute apartment. Easy to find and live in with helpful instructions and tips from the hosts. Great location in the old town close to a lot of tourist sites and eateries. The apartment is one floor above a very busy corner with many bars. We loved the action and activity though it was pretty loud until 3 am on Saturday and Sunday morning. No louder than sleeping on a plane and no problem for us. Would happily return on a future visit. Lovely appartment, spacious, well furnished, amazing shower. Host communicates well and demonstrated high flexibility, allowing me to check out later than planned. I would only advise to bring in with you ear-plugs, as the flat is on the ground floor and you will hear cars passing by. If you are looking to nap and sleep for longer time, it might be difficult if you are a light sleeper like me. This however does not diminishes the excellent experience of the flat and host

Very nice apartment to stay in, lots of charm. Its location is ideal for combining rural tourism, urban tourism, cultural tourism and nature tourism. Amparo's welcome is very warm. Amparo has very good advice for discovering the treasures of Álava.

A great room for my son and I. Huge sofa bed and the best view from the double bed onto the fields and hills around.

We really enjoyed our stay at Oscar's apartment. It was clean, well located to the beach and restaurants, whilst being a walkable distance to Old Town.

This place was wonderful. It is right near the train station. Santurtzi is a vibrant neighborhood. The rooftop apartment is so nice with a great view on the water. I recommend this place 100%
