I had a great stay at this place! The location is excellent — very convenient and close to many popular tourist spots, which made getting around really easy. The apartment was clean and looked exactly as described in the listing, which I really appreciated. A couple of things to note: the TV had some issues staying connected to the internet, which made it hard to use YouTube, and the blankets in each room were quite thin — they felt more like bed sheets than actual blankets. It would be great if thicker blankets were provided for more comfort. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would still recommend this place for anyone looking to explore the area!

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

Diep’s home was a great stay! Nestled away near the Opera House, it was beautiful and a great location. All of the amenities were accurate. It allowed for us to access the different attractions around Hanoi. We really appreciate the services provided like arranging both a car pickup and drop off at the airport. We stayed at Anna’s as a family group and it was perfect for us all. Plenty of room and two bathrooms was plenty for us. The terrace area was great with the kids too. Thank you Anna!

Thắng and Linh are great hosts. They are very welcoming and responsive. They messaged us at our estimated arrival time to make sure that we were able to enter the home without trouble, and checked that evening to make sure that everything was going well. Their house information was clear, and they were very responsive when I had a question. The neighborhood is on a busy urban street, but the home is tucked into a small walking alleyway, so is relatively quiet for a big city. The home was clean and pleasant with ample air conditioning and good-working washer/dryer and other appliances. There are several markets and coffee shops within 1-3 blocks, and the location is an inexpensive car ride from the Old Quarter. Thanks, Thắng and Linh, i would definitely stay here again!

This is an excellent choice for large travelling groups or families. You have a spacious, clean, comfortable 3 story building all to yourselves. Bathrooms on every floor and a functional kitchen area. Air-conditioning on each floor worked wonderfully as each day we were there temps were 30°+. It is located right across from a busy night market so keep in mind that there will be late noise on weekends. We loved our 4 day stay here , even the quirky entrance corridor. Tran is an excellent host and answered all communications within 10 minutes. We recommend this Airbnb.

Outstanding location, super clean, comfortable apartment and beds. We loved the roof deck. Hosts very communicative. Check in was a little unexpected (you walk through a spa to get to this Airbnb and the five other units the managers have), but ultimately easy. Thanks!

The room is designed to be very bright, with comfortable bed sheets and bedding, making it ideal for a large group of friends to stay together. You can also see the sunrise from the balcony. During check-out, we could temporarily store our luggage at the guard house downstairs. For late-night entry, you need to use a key to open the iron gate downstairs, which feels relatively safe 👍🏻.

My partner and I stayed at Vo’s place for a week and we loved it. The apartment is located on nearby cafes and local restaurants. It’s walking distance to most places in the old quarter, with good internet speed which is great for people working online. They also offered housekeeping, change of towels and assisted us to book a tour to Ha Long Bay. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at De le Roi in Hanoi! Chloe, our host, was incredibly supportive and attentive to all our needs throughout our visit. Her Airbnb was beautifully and tastefully decorated, making us feel right at home the moment we arrived. The apartment was fully equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better — right in the heart of the city, surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and everything we needed within walking distance. I stayed in 2 places since the AC broke in the first one. For the place describe in here. It was a great place, the building is in a great location away from all the noise, and near enough everything. The weather in Hanoi was so hot that I moved around in grab. The host was really helpful went the AC broke down. In the same day they offer me to move in to a different apartment that they own. I wish I could have stayed here since it was so convenient for me. It's a great place.

Good and classy place, I enjoyed even though far from center, good if you have nothing to do with center or rarely need to go. For long-termers and car/motorcycle owners might be a really good deal

It was nice staying at Mai’s place. It was clean, well decorated and somewhat quiet. The area is was convenient as there were many shops and some restaurants nearby. It really had a nice vibe and I wished I had discovered it sooner.

I was looking for a place to stay nearby because I was participating in an event in Hanoi, and I found a good value. It was the 43rd floor of a high-rise apartment on the 45th floor, so it had a good view of the lake view. They upgraded it to a room in better condition for free, and it was a neat and very satisfying room. The security was tight and the elevator moved quickly even though it was on a high floor. There was no hair dryer, but when I requested it, they brought it right away within 30 minutes, so I used it without a problem. It was nice that they responded quickly to inquiries. If I visit Hanoi next time, I want to stay again. Thank you

The apartment is located in a neighborhood with lots of greenery by the water and full of shops and restaurants. There are virtually no tourists and you feel completely immersed in Vietnamese culture. Due to the height on the 31st floor, it is quiet and the view is great. Diagonally opposite, you can see an old temple! Nice neighbors, conveniently arranged and very affordable!

Tuan’s apartment is an absolute gem - brand new, spotless, and beautifully designed. It’s comfortable, practical, and feels incredibly cozy - we felt at home right away. Tuan is a model host: he responds quickly, is always helpful, and actively suggests great local experiences. The Japanese-style neighborhood is stunning and peaceful - perfect for relaxing walks. Nearby, you’ll find the Mori Onsen complex with hot springs, massage salons, a swimming pool, and a gym - everything you need to take care of both body and mind. There are also plenty of delicious restaurants around, and getting to Hanoi is very easy. Highly recommended - a solid 10/10!

Thuy and Phuong were very helpful and responsive prior to and throughout or stay. We had no issues getting into the apartment (the electronic lock is very useful). The location is ideal as it's quieter than the Old Quarter but only a five minute walk away from it. There are lovely restaurants and cafes in the area and it's not difficult to find public transport nearby. The apartment is just like how it looks in the pictures with all amenities provided. The hosts left us two large bottles of water which was much appreciated. The only downside was the shower, which only stayed warm for about 3-4 minutes, even after leaving the immersion on for longer than recommended. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here if you are visiting Hanoi. Thanks again to Thuy and Phuong!

I stayed for 3 weeks. It was a second Korean village apartment in Midding, so I could see dozens of Koreans every day, and the security of the building was thorough. There were convenience stores, pharmacies, Korean restaurants, and Korean supermarkets on the first floor of the building, and there were Korean laundry, Korean night restaurants, Korean bakeries, Saemaeul Restaurant, Hong Kong Spot, Dukki Tteokbokki, Heidi Lao, and Korean butcher shop in the complex, so it was like living in Korea. The apartments in Ho Chi Minh City had a lot of noise between the walls, but it was quiet between floors and walls, and there was a lake in the picture, so the view from the house was good, and it was good to go out and run. Midding is very close, and it was convenient to be able to move to Hoan Kiem or Lotte Mart for 3-4,000 won by Uber. The only drawback was that it was under a dozen or so soccer fields, so the only downside was that people playing soccer until late every day were a bit noisy. I am very willing to revisit.

The location of the accommodation and the convenient distance to the grocery store are good. The host is also friendly and responds right away. I had a comfortable stay like I was at home.
