Completely renovated independent accommodation nestled between vineyards and forests. Departure for walks in the vineyards and forests at the foot of the vacation rental. Ideally located house in a wine village (18) in the heart of Sancerrois, 5 km from the Loire bike path. Village church classified as a historic monument. This accommodation may be suitable for vacationers keen to discover Guedelon and the Puisaye or the Loire Valley. It is also suitable for people who come to work temporarily in the area. The garden is very green and the residential area is quite quiet. The house is spacious and very bright. The neighbors are my parents, they have a small dog. It is not in the countryside but just go up the hill to be in the middle of the fields after the Bel-Air farm.

Dating from 1550 and part of Châtillon-sur-Loire’s architectural heritage, it has been fully renovated for a relaxing stay in the Loire Valley.

"Mon oreiller dans l'étable" is a small cottage located on the Loire bike route, at the gates of Sancerre and Chavignol and close to Guedelon. Great for a pleasant tourist stay. We welcome you to an outbuilding close to the owners' house but you will be totally independent. Old 45 m2 barn completely renovated with private terrace and secure parking to accommodate bicycles, you will be seduced by the charm of the old stone.
