The location of these apartments is perfect. A minute to Duke and Potemkin stairs. Two of them are to the ensemble of the Vorontsov Palace with a colonnade - a symbol of Odessa. Take a walk along the Primorsky Boulevard with sea views just around the corner. 5 minutes walk to the Opera House. The beach is 30 minutes' walk through the park. One of the five rooms of a small and cozy apart-hotel, which has been managed by our family for 10 years. Please note: the third floor of an old building. There is no elevator.
