Studio apartment, modern design, bar counter, everything you need is at your service. The apartment is on the 6th floor attic, 6-storey building, no balcony and no elevator. Close to the railway. At the moment, Luzanovka beach is closed, but in 2 tram stops (7 minutes drive) there is an open beach "House of Pavlovs"
