Beautiful apartment in a historic building, high ceilings, plenty of space, not hot. The apartment is equipped with all necessities. Excellent location - both in relation to the sea and to the city center. Very pleasant host, promptly answered all questions, was ready to help. I definitely recommend this place and plan to come back.

Luxury apartment! We were the first to live there, so we are extremely impressed with how much Yuri put his heart and soul there! The repair is good! There were nuances about toilet paper and the rest of the details, but Yuri fixed everything)) The only thing I don't fully understand is why Enimal friendly, but accept animals until 8kg. Although Yuri went to meet us and welcomed us with a big dog after the surgery! We are extremely grateful for the comfortable 5 days at your place! Good luck! If I went to Odessa again, I would definitely come back here if we accepted a large dog again))

These are incredibly comfortable and stylish apartments. The apartment has everything, absolutely, even for animals, they left dishes. In the morning, 7 minutes and you are on the beach, in 2 minutes Silpo and ATB. We enjoyed our stay very much, we recommend it to everyone, especially those who have dogs.

The apartment is well-maintained and clean, in reality it looks much better than in the photo, a comfortable orthopedic mattress, a very comfortable and functional bathroom, windows overlook the yard with a pleasant view, even in clear weather you can see a piece of the sea, quiet and peaceful, a great option for business trips and recreation! The apartment is comfortable and cozy and cozy, with quality plumbing. The apartment had everything you needed - linen, dishes, appliances. Paid parking was a little confused by the entrance of the 90s - with peculiar guards and parking along the fence in the bushes. But this does not spoil the overall impression of the apartment. I recommend staying here

They clearly told us where to go, where to get the keys. We were in touch with me the whole time. They answered me all the questions. It was possible to leave your belongings after you checked out. There is no soundproofing as such, you could hear everything that was done behind the wall in the neighbors (and they were loud). However, overall everything went great.

Very nice little Airbnb can sleep two people (one in sofa bed) friend who slept in sofa bed seemed to like it, it’s a little tight for two people although we managed Only real problem was the shower was a little small and the floor would get wet but otherwise definitely the most comfy bed I had in Odesa! Place felt safe although sometimes you can hear the neighbours, host was great and responsive. I did cook and everything worked well Very good stay overall!

In this apartment, I lived my little life of 4 months, when I was bringing in the keys, I cried (of course from happiness and sadness to go home) and mentioned all the moments that took place with me here. It is a magical place, with a great atmosphere, the right aura where you will definitely feel at home. Nina and her whole family are just a find! Very sunny positive, nice people, after communicating with them at heart it becomes very warm) I highly recommend, because this apartment and hosts are very special, in the heart <3
