Αpartments 50m2 in a land about 4000m2. The houses are quiet and located in village of Livadochori near to all beautiful beaches and traditional smaller villages. Relaxing place, beautiful garden and parking. The houses are in ground floor with private garden or in first floor with balcony. The houses are fully equipped and can accommodate 4 family members. Housekeeping every 3-4days as well. There is extra charge of 8euro per night for the national tax in force from 2025.

It has air conditioning, large closets, washing machine, 55" 4K Ultra HD TV, internet. It is located in the beautiful and traditional settlement of Andronio. It is an 18-minute walk from the old port of Myrina and a 5-minute walk from the busy beach of Richa Nera. It can accommodate up to 4 people.

One-room house

The house is located in the island's capital, Myrina. The house is a single space and is semi-basement. It can accommodate two or three people, as there are two single beds and a sofa that can be used as a bed. Within walking distance there is a bakery and two large supermarkets. Also, some of the island's attractions are just a few meters from the house, such as the museum, the castle and the central market with shops. Free parking is provided in the building.
