Holiday rentals with lake access in Mysuru

We really enjoyed our stay at Swastha Property. The location of this property is really good and the host was really friendly and helped us in planing our itinerary as well. The rooms were clean and spacious. They had big outdoor area as well and a big dining space under and everything was kept clean and tidy. They even arranged homemade food for us and it was really good . The commute from the place to all the tourist destination was also easy as it was almost in the mid point of wayanad. The property had couple of outdoor and indoor activities and the kids really enjoyed it . Do check out their local recommendation as well, good for an evening walk through paddy fields and few lakes near by . We would highly recommend this place for someone who is looking for a good and clean stay in wayanad . A big shout out to the host and the caretakers for helping us throughout the stay .

We absolutely loved our stay here! Everything was just perfect — the setting, the view, and especially the pool, which was definitely the highlight for us. Roy, the caretaker, was wonderful and did everything we asked for. Though we had a bit of a language barrier since he speaks only Malayalam, Google Translate came to the rescue and it all worked out smoothly. A beautiful stay in a beautiful place — would definitely recommend!

There are many good things about this homestay: 1)Beautiful Location: The homestay is surrounded by lush coffee plantations, giving it a calm and scenic vibe. 2)Wonderful Host: Jesintha is not just a host—she's the heart and soul of the homestay. Her warm hospitality made our stay truly special. She offered excellent recommendations for local sightseeing and hidden. What touched me the most was the effort she put into celebrating my birthday-arranging a delicious cake and homemade wine, all arranged with such love and care. She made us feel less like guests and more like family. 3)Friendly Helpers: The support staff were kind and attentive. They prepared tasty, homemade meals just the way we liked. They made sure we were comfortable and taken care of at all times. 4)Private and Spacious The homestay offers plenty of space and privacy. It’s perfect for both quiet relaxation and fun evenings with friends. Our experience here left us with cherished memories, and we can’t wait to return.

Amazing place to stay in the harmony with the earth. This place is very close to Banasura Sagar Dam around 10 mins away. It is advisable to have your own vehicle if you plan to visit multiple places. Some advisory. 1) Owner is amazing host and provides great breakfast and Dinner on chargeable basis. Food is 10/10. 2) Rooms and toilets are very clean 10/10 3) Carry your own toiletries is must. 4) There are plates and vessels in the house and you can also cook your own food. (You will have tonclean your own plates) 5) House does not have an AC and you don't even need as it generally pleasant all the time. 6) Owner is from wayanad & amazing person and also guides you well what to visit. 7) You are staying away from the city and hence please carry required things before you reach location. Overall it's 10 / 10 place.

Our family of four had a great time as we booked the whole place for us. A wonderful experience which ends up wanting for more. This beautifully crafted home is aesthetically pleasing and offers a lot of inspiration. The spacious bedrooms, recreational room, and very clean surroundings make it a great place to stay. It’s conveniently located near the old Blr-Mysore highway. The host is very helpful as well. The private place is surrounded by greenery, near the river Kaveri, with chirping and sounds of nature. Kitchen is well-equipped, and you will be treated to delightful breakfast. If you need home cooked lunch or dinner, the host can help you out in ordering. The closest shops are few kilometres away for anything. A gem of a place!

A nice place to chill out with your friends and families. Ashu the manager is very responsive and helpful! Right now they have two beautiful mini cottages with attached bathrooms. At least 2 people can stay in each room. The outside setup is beautiful you can spend hours and hours in the garden area with a mesmerizing green hilly view of the Western Ghats. Just one thing we faced network issues over there and the wifi strength was also not good. Will request management to set up a strong wifi, other than this everything was pretty great. I will recommend everyone to stay at this place as this provides a great gateway from the tedious life!

We had an amazing time staying at Nikhil's place. It had quiet and peaceful surroundings, full of nature all around. The rooms were quite spacious and well equipped, with several extra mattresses provided as well along with television with home theatre. There was immense space outside the house as well for relaxing in nature or bonfire etc. Nikhil was an amazing host. He always helped us whenever we had any issues/queries regarding our trip. He even designed an itinerary for us. Highly recommended!

The stay was pleasant, the host was not available in person but always responsive on call and clear with instructions. It was clean and all amenities stated were available. If there was any issue, it was promptly resolved.

A wonderful property worth every penny you paid for .. private space and a lot to see and walk which is pretty .. a wonderful choice if you want to cut off from the busy and crowded life to a peaceful space that emphasis on nature .. the care taker and the services provided are top class

The sunset point is absolutely breathtaking — surrounded by nature and a sense of calm that’s hard to describe. The food was another highlight, with a variety of local delicacies that added to the experience. The sannas with egg curry served for breakfast truly stole the show — flavorful, comforting, and memorable. Shilpa seemed genuinely passionate about hosting and ensured everything was thoughtfully arranged. Nitin, the caretaker, was also very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, it was a beautiful and refreshing experience. The property is not just well-maintained, but also radiates natural charm and tranquility. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway in nature.

The place in middle of plantations and off road. The place is perfect for a group of 5-6. All the games, clean rooms and along with the stream. Ashique our host was wonderful. He started coordinating the moment we booked the stay. He waited for us even when we were too late. He also took us to jeep safari and awesome locations.

Must Visit Home Away from Home in Wayanad Mr. Johny has been our guide since Day 0, even before we reached here. We had a weird list of 'Things to do' and Mr. Johny made it happen for us. From excellent communication to always being accessible for anything & everything, he has been the most amazing host. A must stay option for those who want to soak in nature. Peacocks around the house, a cute little cat (neighbour's cat) made us feel extra special. A trained eye can detect the perfection in blending of natural building elements to modernity. Mrs. Rose is the backbone of 'welcome & warmth' of this place. Special mention to her delectable Kerala cuisine served everyday for breakfast. Loved staying here with Mr. Johny & Mrs. Rose.
