Nick was super responsive and helpful, great host overall and the place was perfect for a peaceful escape near Pattaya without the noise of the city

The host was a lovely lady that went out her way to accommodate us. I asked about check in times and she went out her way to let us check in and out later if we needed. Was really nice place to relax with your own pool. Would defo book again when visiting Jomtien.

Staying here was just perfect! The host was great and staying in touch and the villa was perfect - it was everything in the description. Cleaners came everyday to clean and replenish stocks of coffee and water which was wonderful. Private and in a quiet, well kept road, it is a perfect place to relax. It's only a 3 minute walk to the beach, which has some local restaurants and bars on it, whilst if you want more choice, it's a short taxi ride to Pattaya. Would recommend it highly.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! The place is very clean, beautifully decorated, and well equipped. The kitchen is fully functional with a dishwasher, which made cooking very convenient. The villa itself is spacious and comfortable. Jonny was very helpful and gave us great recommendations throughout our stay. The location is also excellent — close to local markets, plenty of restaurants, and within walking distance to the beach. Overall, a great value for the price. Highly recommended! 😊

Very good Villa and good services

Lovely house with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a small pool with a slide, barbecue, dishes, billiards, karaoke, for our group of 10 people, it was spacious, everyone found things to do, several areas for photos, clean linen, towels, everything is very cozy, easy to check in, just as easily checked out. The property is more suitable for private parties or if you are driving, it is located in a villa where there are several typical villas. Everything is very comfortable, we really liked it. Thank you for your hospitality!

Like others I had a little bit of difficulty finding the location. GPS took our driver to a different spot, but we were ultimately able to find it. And our host was very responsive in communicating. My best advice if you have trouble finding it navigate to peaky blinders restaurant that’s right next door to it. There was an issue with our original room, but we were given an upgraded larger room. The electricity cost was more than I expected but given the cost and size of the room the total cost was still an ok value. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m ever in need a a place in this location.

I enjoyed my time at this place, everything you need is there and the view is amazing, and Billy was very helpful and provided me with what I needed and more, thanks Billy for everything and I will come back to stay at your place again.

Panatda's place was great. Great building (the pool and garden on the roof is a must try and see), great location (literally in the middle of everything - so nothing is really far away and within walking distance), great apartment (clean and modern - and when you are not on the street or the beach there is nothing more relaxing than to open the entire window and sit on the stretcher right next to it, letting in the atmosphere and a nice breeze). Panatda was a great host as well, answering all questions very quickly. Check-in and check-out went smoothly.

Had an awesome stay near Jomtien Beach in Pattaya! The place was pretty clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive, and even the building staff were friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location—close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Only small downside was that the gym equipment wasn’t working during our stay. Other than that, everything was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I had an incredible stay at Michael’s place in Pattaya! The view was absolutely stunning, and the rooftop pool was sensational – the perfect spot to relax and take it all in. The location was super convenient, close to everything I needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Pattaya!

We loved our stay at this beautiful accommodation in Wongamat, Pattaya. Everything was perfect: the apartment was beautiful, the pool incredible, and the whole place really nice to live in. Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Place was really clean and decorated nicely. Really close to the beach, sunset view from balcony. 7/11 was a 5 minute walk from the bnb, couple block further was a night market with tons of food and drink options. Would definitely stay here again we had a really pleasant experience here.

Was visiting a friend on the same location site John had refurbished and it was high end value items ( bed, wall had noise reduction sound) Everything you need is within walking distance Super quiet

Great condo, wonderful apartment and helpful hostess ❤️ The apartment fully corresponds to the description, even more than we expected: the kitchen has a stove, a full-fledged refrigerator, all the necessary utensils for 4 people, rice cooker, coffee maker, microwave, toaster; in the bathroom: gel, shampoo, hairdryer, curling iron; there is also a vacuum cleaner, fans, air conditioners, laundry dryer. The mattress is good, the pillows are comfortable, the sofa is clean The condo is quite new, located a little remote, but at the same time I have all the infrastructure. There is a children's room, co-working space, gym, billiards. 5 minutes to the beach, restaurants and massage machines nearby, 10 minutes walk to 7/11 Of the disadvantages - there are ants in the apartment Nuke is always available, responds quickly, tries to help.
