I got really good memory in this place. very clean and peaceful. There are everything to stay. The host was fantastic. Because she had deep consideration and hospitality. If I travel to here I will stay again.

The host was a lovely lady that went out her way to accommodate us. I asked about check in times and she went out her way to let us check in and out later if we needed. Was really nice place to relax with your own pool. Would defo book again when visiting Jomtien.

The place in a quiet area a little bit away from the beach, but this is what we wanted as it was within walking distance of the music venue we were attending. The pool was great and everything you needed was there.

my family really enjoyed our stay in this home. The lady owner was so friendly with a lovely smile. The pool was the main attraction and the kids had hours of fun in it. not to far from Pattaya beach 10 minutes by car and a short grab ride to nightlife. cant recommend too much will definitely be back

Staying here was just perfect! The host was great and staying in touch and the villa was perfect - it was everything in the description. Cleaners came everyday to clean and replenish stocks of coffee and water which was wonderful. Private and in a quiet, well kept road, it is a perfect place to relax. It's only a 3 minute walk to the beach, which has some local restaurants and bars on it, whilst if you want more choice, it's a short taxi ride to Pattaya. Would recommend it highly.

We had a great Bachelor & Birthday Celebration in Pattaya. Location is great, not noisy. Each room was independent from one another which is great when you have 6 of them.

Good house to stay at with many things (pool table, karaoke) to enjoy yourself! Though the house doesn’t get much sunlight because of nearby high buildings. Close by there are two supermarkets and it’s not far away from the city center. Enjoyed our stay!

It's definitely the best choice! 7-11 is a 5-minute walk away There's a BIG C a little further away. Transportation is relatively smooth compared to other places The host is very friendly and can respond immediately

Overall nice and fully equipped house, exactly as on the pictures, suitable for a long stay. Roland is welcoming and easy going host, it was nice to deal with him. Only downside i could mention is a neighbor who is running a streetracers workshop or something like that, it was disturbing when they were having a parties etc. Of course it has nothing to do with a house or the owner. We would stay again.

I booked a last-minute stay for some much-needed peace and quiet. Yai was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. The pool is amazing, and the living area is spacious with a big TV and fast internet. It’s a great place to relax and unwind!

The accommodation information and photos were the same, and the host responded very kindly and resolved our requests immediately, making it a trip without any inconvenience.

A great large villa with a beautiful clean pool, air conditioning and other amenities work, the owner is very kind and gave great recommendations for establishments. We will come back here again

Village Austria was a splendid location. Very convenient with BigC just 20meters and 7-Eleven 30meters from the doorstep. The pool was wonderful and clean. This venue had better equipped snacks, water, toiletries and a full fledged kitchen and BBQ stove. The host was very responsive with local recommendations and engaged with towel changes and cleaning. We really enjoyed this place especially the restaurant opposite our villa called Anne's Island which had really authentic Jamaican jerk chicken! Thanks to staff Gitar and Keng. 🙏

lovely 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom appartment on the ground floor with sliding doors opening onto the communal pool. brilliant pet friendly accommodation and it was a great place for our dog to acclimatise from a flight from the UK. Pascal lives close by and he was also very responsive to our emails. we would definitely recommend this appartment to anyone looking for pet friendly accommodation in Pratumnak.

Great location, peaceful enough to be out the main area, but close enough that it only takes 10 mins to get to the beach. The house itself is as described, but took a little bit to find the house initially, check-in was a breeze though. There is a 7/11 a few mins walk, great massage places near too. The pool was great spent most of our time there.

A great place for family and friends travelling together, spacious room. Kai is very helpful for providing information upon request. We had a wonderful time in Pattaya.
