Great communication with the owner who is very helpful and helpful. The house is beautiful, very clean and in a perfect location. There is a lot of space in the house. I have to highlight how tastefully and decently it is furnished. No problem even for discerning guests. Although the house next door may seem close, you don't have to worry at all, you have your privacy. A beautiful place, both the house and the garden . Thank you for the stay.

Amazing for kids! The playground has more than the pictures show and the house itself had toys for the little one and lego and art supplies for the bigger kids, a trampoline, and apple trees and blueberry bushes in the yard. We could see the playground from the windows and so felt comfortable letting the kids run freely there right from the beginning. We were a bit surprised by the winding, narrow, roads to get there, and there isn't much to do right in the area, but the house itself was perfect.

Everything was one with a star! It can be seen that the owners take very good care of the cottage, we did not miss anything during the stay - the owner was accommodating and helpful, he advised us with tips for a trip, we were pleased with a well-equipped kitchen from a mixer to sharpened knives, dishwasher tablets, coffee capsules, toilet paper, tissues, the cottage was clean and spacious, and the children were excited about the trampoline and playbook and a lot of functional toys in it :-) Thank you very much!

Very nice and quiet accommodation, sufficient for 5 people. Close to shop, cafe and restaurant. Minutes by car there are a lot of ski lifts . We loved it, we'd love to come back.Thank you

Great place to stay that we rented during Easter 2025. The house was beautifully clean, fully equipped with utensils for cooking, with a grill and comfortable outdoor seating, perfect for evenings together. The only thing we were missing was hand soap in the bathroom – it's a little strange that guests have to think about such small things. We still had a great stay and can definitely recommend this place! Thank you!

The place was exactly as described. We loved it! The house is pretty big. A lot of common space. We could separate children from adults. It's just worse to heat up the house.

Beautiful place, well equipped. Fenced garden where we could feel free to let the kids play, nice place for fire and sausages in the evening. We (father with 2 boys (9,5)) had an amazing stay in the tiny house. Everything that we needed and more was there and the animals are literally 15 meters away from you. This place was absolutely magical also during sunsets and sunrises, I really can only recommend to come to this refuge, if you really need time away from home or to recharge the batteries. The house is very bright, warm, cozy, many living plants. It's like visiting people you've known for a long time. All necessary dishes, bedding are available. Lenka, very kind and responsible. Answered all questions for our comfortable stay. The surrounding area is green and lots of space to play ball, there is everything you need. We will come again! Recommended!🤗🌹😉

Cozy, comfortable cottage . Well organised kitchen with all needed supplies. Comfortable, big beds. Our kids enjoyed the outside play ground and we have spend evenings outside in covered patio. House ready to easy accommodate 10 people, we have spend few days with 6 adults, 3 kids and dog. Peacefull village, close to polish boarder so you can easily visit and enjoy both countries. Communicative and responsive host, we have been warmly welcomed in the house.

Very nice stay with very nice and friedlich hosts. Our children were happy with the Pool and playground. We can recommend this appartement to others!

Accommodation in Green Valley Park near Adrspach met our expectations and was the right choice for exploring the area. The location was excellent, allowing us easy access to the Adrspach Rocks while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The cottage we stayed in was well equipped and clean. There was also the possibility of renting a grill. Communication with the front desk was seamless, and their willingness and flexibility at check-in/checkout were really above standard. We felt welcome and all our questions were answered promptly. The only detail to be aware of is the electric heating. Electricity consumption is paid upon departure, so it is good to note that with intensive heating, the total price of the accommodation may increase. Overall, we can highly recommend Green Valley Park to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay near Adrspach.

The cottage is great for a large group of people, in our case a wide family. We were greeted in the morning by sheep, goats, and piggies with cubs, the kids were excited. There is also a small pool, which was nice as a refreshment on a hot day. The house has been partially renovated and it is very nice. The nature around is beautiful, we enjoyed picking mushrooms and walking around. The owners intend to finish sitting outside next year, which is a bit lacking so far. But otherwise there is nothing to complain about, the owner is very accommodating and kind. We'd love to come back.

We spent the New Year with the whole family (9 adults, 4 children + dog) in the Cottage Rozarka and had a great time. The house has a large living room, open fireplace, sauna, foosball table and everything we needed. The ski slope was also within walking distance. A picturesque, magical piece of Czech land! :) The cottage has a unique atmosphere - it feels history, and yet it is very well equipped. And the kitchen and bathroom meet all the basic standards, making the stay very comfortable. The house is very close to towns with well-equipped shops and interesting places to explore. The owner is a very nice, contactable person. The biggest advantage of the Vyrovka chalet is its location on the mountainside. Cuddled to the forest knots from the doorstep gives its guests a breathtaking view of the rolling green valley. As unbridled peace allows you to savor the singing of birds, the surrounding nature, and the feerie of colors on the sky. For those looking for a respite, who want to enjoy the beauty of nature, we warmly recommend staying in this extraordinary place.

Ideal for reading, doing yoga, journaling, or simply listening to birdsong. The host was discreet and helpful, and everything was thoughtfully prepared. Highly recommended for anyone looking for calm and a moment of solitude.

We had a great stay. The place was clean and exactly as described. Everything you need was in the kitchen. Showering in the middle of the forest was a great experience. There are herbs all over the property and you can make an excellent mint tea. The private parking directly above the property was great. We definitely recommend the accommodation! 👍 3 important notes for others: You can't roast there – it is forbidden to make an open fire. There is a large road under the land, so it is not completely quiet. Beware of ticks, there are really a lot of them in the garden, we removed about 20 from our dog.

Great place. The apartment was clean, pleasant and the bathtub was a really big plus. Overall, a very pleasant place with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We recommend it and we will be happy to come back!
