Your whole family and friends will relax in our secluded place. There is a room with a couch, table and chairs, with a kitchenette and a fridge. In the attic, there is a large bedroom with four beds, a TV, and a wardrobe. (Steep stairs! Equipped with a gate.) In the second, smaller bedroom on the ground floor, there are two beds and cabinets. (Layout - behind the bathroom!). The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Blinds on the windows. In the garden, there is a gazebo with a fireplace and seating area, and a trampoline. You will enjoy trips with us on foot, by bike and scooters, in winter you will find groomed cross-country trails and the nearest ski slope can be reached in 10 minutes. The woods at our place are full of raspberries, blueberries, and mushrooms. On warm summer evenings, you'll sit on the porch, warm up the fireplace in the winter, and look into the fire. The apartment is newly renovated, fully equipped and ready to meet our ideas of a pleasant holiday with the smallest children.

Our apartment is located in the mountains in the Krkonoše, in the town of Žacléř. The accommodation is especially suitable for large families and groups of friends. We can accommodate up to 12 people. The apartment has a cinema room, with a great sound system, an Xbox game console and a large spacious couch. The apartment also includes a wine cellar, which is fully equipped with quality wine from a Czech winery, but beer lovers will not be disappointed either. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a built-in oven in the kitchenette and a hot tub on the terrace.

The apartment (separate apartment) is located in the attic of the building on the ridge of the Jestřebí Mountains (Odolov settlement). There are a large number of hiking trails (views, lookout towers), Adršpach-Teplice rocks 15km, Broumov walls 15km, Babiččino valley 10km, in winter cross-country skiing right at the house. Pets (small breeds) are allowed only by agreement, for a fee of 300 CZK/night. Wifi, TV, equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle), coffee, tea, sugar. Nearest grocery store about 4km.
