* Well planned house in a quiet and safe area. * Fantastic view. * Close to Stockholm City (15min) and out in the archipelago. On the upper floor, there are one bedroom and the big kitchen and living are. from the upper floor you also have access to the fantastic teras on 250 sq. with a heated swimmingpool (8x4m) and sun all day. Here you can have your breakfast and barbecue. The living room also has a 60 inch plasma TV with kabel. There is also a bathroom with shower. On the lower floor there is 3 bedrooms and a tv-room. here you also have the big bathroom with both shower and bath. Both the balkony and the deck are facing south-west, with afternoon/evening sun and a magnificant view. Only a couple of kilometers away you can go swimming, both in the sea and in several lakes. One kilometer away is a small center with a food stores restaurants and a pharmacy. It is located in a very quiet area only two minutes walk from the bus stop. The bus will take you to the Stockholm City Center (Slussen) in 15-20 minutes. 10 minutes by car. Guests will have access to the entire house except for a study that will be locked. We will leave the key and go through the house. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, close to the water. One can easily take the boat out to the archipelago of islands and by bus you are inside the city in about 15 minutes. Bus stop 2 mins from the house and from Orminge Centre is about 15 min walk where supermarkets and cafes are located. Access to the garage is available for up to 4 cars
