Beachfront holiday rental in Nacka Municipality

We had a great stay at Kari's. The house is beautiful, very lovingly and tastefully decorated and nothing is missing. The location is great if you are looking for a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle and want to spend a lot of time in nature. There is a nature reserve nearby where you can go for a walk. There are many lakes nearby and a nice little beach for children. You can also take the bus to Stockholm. The supermarket is a bit far away, but that's not a problem if you plan a bit or have a car. Kari was a great host, everything was very well thought out and we felt very welcome and comfortable. All in all, I highly recommend the house and we would very much like to come back. :)

The most beautiful area of the house is the living room with the wonderful view of the water. You have a wide view of sailing boats, ferries, and also two eagles flying by. Fantastic. The garden has direct access to the water. You can also enjoy the wonderful view from the terrace. The bedrooms are simple but perfectly adequate. There were five of us. The distance to Stockholm is good. We drove to Gustavsberg and from there took the bus to Stockholm. You have a very good connection. Communication with Stephanie was very good. We felt very comfortable.

Excellent cabin with beautiful surroundings. Quiet neighbourhood with easy access to sea and forest. 30 min drive with car to Stockholm. Marlou is very attentive and super friendly and we had a great stay. Highly recommended!

We spend a magical holiday at Ulrika and Peter’s home on Älgö. Ulrika and Peter are fantastic hosts and made the stay so easy and enjoyable, from welcoming me to their home, to seeing me off! What can I say about the house and the location? It really is a slice of paradise. You feel like you are totally in Nature, but you are only 30min away from central Stockholm and all it’s attractions. We had lovely walks around the island, and if you are into boating or kayaking, you can indulge right in front of the house. There is easy access to two shopping centres and a great dinner location at Holmen Kök and Bar a couple of bays over. I do recommend if you are coming from overseas that you hire a car. We could not have found a nicer, better equipped, tranquil, yet central holiday location for exploring Stockholm and its beautiful archipelago if we had tried. A wonderful place for our group of friends to reconnect and spend a special holiday together. Thank you, Ulrika and Peter!

we had a great week in a great house at a great location.

We were warmly welcomed by our host and felt right at home in his house. It is very well equipped and lovingly furnished. As soon as the weather allowed, we sat on the beautiful terrace with BBQ and additional lounge corner. The parking lot was very sufficient even for our large bus. Across the street and over a short path, you can already reach the first jetty on the water. A few meters away there was another swimming spot with jetties and stones for lying down…magnificent views included. In good memory, the boat tour with our host will also stay on one of the archipelago islands. To Stockholm we took the bus from Salzjöbaden. This one drove every 20 minutes during the day and in about 30 minutes we were in the center. Our hosts were always available with advice. Thank you so much for allowing us to be a guest!

Our were 6 friends from different countries for the birthday of a girlfriend who lives in Lidingö. La maison de Janna était parfaite pour nous. La communication a été très fluide même avant la réservation, Janna est très réactive. The check in via code-lock was very convenient since we we're arriving in different flights at different times. The house is an easy 5 minutes walk from the tram station for exploring Lidingö island or joining central Stockholm. The house is even better than the pictures and the surronding woods and lake are worth a visit. Highly recommend Janna's house for a nice Swedish getaway

Jenny’s place was the perfect mix of county life near the city, stylish and cozy. We felt at home, playing monopoly, bbq-ing and celebrating my dad’s 84th birthday. Jenny was the nicest host as well!

Wow!! Incredible house in Sweden, only 35 minutes from Stockholm. We wish we could've stayed longer in Naomi's gorgeous house which has a pool, sauna, trampoline, many board games and beautiful views all around. Our family of five loved every minute of our time here. Naomi was incredibly kind and accommodating, and was always quick to help when we needed it. Thank you Naomi, we hope to return again soon!!

A very nice house. We took it very clean and ordered the final cleaning separately, which is highly recommended for the sizes of the house. The contact with Fredrika was exclusively online, always very nice. We were 4 adults and 3 children, but the 5 rooms with sleeping facilities were great. At least the two bigger beds were a little too soft for us, but that's a habit. Complete decor of the house, we didn't lack anything. Outside a nice little pool and a gas grill. It's only a 10-minute walk to the well-attended beach in the village, as well as to the bus stop. From there you can reach the center of Stockholm in 25 minutes. A shopping mall is close by too. We had a great stay and can highly recommend the house.

Helena's house met our expectations in every way. It is located in a residential area, very nice and quiet. We even had the chance to spot a rabbit in the garden😊. Stockholm city center is very quickly accessible, the tram passes just down the street. We enjoyed the quality of the amenities, the space in the house and the neat decoration, with beautiful pieces of Scandinavian design. We also had a great time in the garden: morning coffee on the terrace, lunch in the sun and end of the day in the spa It's a very nice place that we recommend without reservation. Helena was always responsive and attentive to the comfort of our stay.

We had a wonderful stay here as a family of 4 (2 teens). Everything is as described in this large comfortable home. We didn’t have a car so the location is fantastic for an archipelago and city holiday. Highlights - the sun filled lounge area with the hot tub and the peaceful garden - less then 10 min walk to beach area with diving boards and an amazing bakery/cafe; hot food truck and sweet shop - One evening we used the ToGoodToGo app for the bakery and picked up an amazing surprise bag for less than €5 - 5 min walk to a huge mall area with multiple grocery shops and restaurants. - We walked into Gustavsberg along a beautiful forest walk which took about 40 mins - 20 mins by bus into Stockholm (433 or 434 bus). It’s easy to miss the stop on the way back so best to get off at the shopping centre or the bakery. - A very minor point if it’s important to you, no hairdryer so bring a travel one!

Tomas was responsive and proactive. He made sure that we were familiar with the property and addressed any needs we had. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and cookware and eating utensils. The house was well decorated and provided a feeling of comfort. The home's design was fun and unique and the hot tub a perfect end for a busy day!

Eva and her family were very welcoming hosts. We had everything we needed and more during our stay at their beautiful and special place. We even enjoyed a bath in the pool. We had a lovely view from the terrace and the surrounding is also nice and green and with good restaurants. Thank you for having us!

Johan and Laila's beautiful house meets all the requirements. Super spacious and nicely located on the waterfront with running trail. We had a wonderful time thanks to the very good care of the hosts. Highly recommended!

We came right before the season began, so things were extra quiet! The host met us at the bus stop which was a short walk away and VERY easy to navigate. He was so helpful when we wanted to go explore other islands and if something wasn’t in the rental space he got it for us! Also, I wish the states took note of FLOATING SAUNAS!!! That was such a dream!

We had a great, relaxing week at Johan and Linn's. It's a lovely house, with a very pleasant garden, in a quiet residential neighbourhood, and very close to the lake which was perfect for a dip, and for going for a run along the lakeshore. The house was very clean and very well equipped, with a proper BBQ and good laundry machines. Great to have an EV charger for our plug-in hybrid hire car! It was a quick (15/20min) drive into central Stockholm which worked well. We probably would have used the metro if the station was a bit closer, rather than a bus ride away. But bottom line, it's a lovely house in a nice suburb. Johan and Linn were great hosts and very responsive. Thank you!

We were very happy to stay at Johan's house in Tyresö. It is a very beautiful area and the beach is only 5 min walk from the house. It is also easy to get to Stockholm if you park the car in Tyresö Centrum and from there take the bus and metro. The house is modern. Lovely with 2 bathrooms and lovely with several terraces, so you can both get morning sun and evening sun. Johan was helpful and quick to answer questions.

Beautiful location, lovely peaceful neighbourhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Rebecca’s house. A very helpful, friendly host with great recommendations for local activities.

The house has everything you need and a wonderful spacious terrace, some even with a view of the water. Stockholm city center can be reached in about 30 minutes by car.

Rahwa was an exceptional host - friendly, warm, kind, and responsive. Her space is beautiful and cozy with a lovely view onto the lake. I would highly recommend and hope to be able to return to this special place!

Lars-Henrik and Anneli's cozy cabin in Kummelnäs was a perfect getaway from the city! We could enjoy the tranquility, the nature and the water which was just what we wanted. A big plus was the lovely sheets and towels - felt like being in a hotel! Consistently with lovely touches like fresh flowers and Easter eggs also made us feel extra cared for. In addition, the quick communication and that they were always so accommodating something we valued highly. Affordable and would highly recommend!

We loved to stay in that beautiful house in a phantastic surrounding and an unique neighbourhood. The place is perfect to combine sightseeing and culture of Stockholm with the experience and the atmosphere of the Stockholm archipelago. The house itself has a very personal style, is wonderfully decorated and has a marvelous view on the water from every window. Our stay had several highlights of which one was catching a pike on the pier next to the house and another to rent a boat cruising around the archipelago. We all and especially our three kids loved it there. Although we were only twenty minutes outside Stockholm we enjoyed the nature around experiencing the fox wandering through the garden, rabbits and deers "visiting" us. We would like to thank Adam and Emma for having us in their house!
