Janjira's property exceeded our expectations! The place was spotless clean, and the pool area was perfect for cooling off during the hot afternoons. The location was premium—close to beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and supermarkets—yet tucked away on a quiet side street, free from traffic and noise. Communication with the host was flawless, and their recommendations were spot-on. The property itself felt premium, with all the amenities we needed. We will definitely book again!

The place is wonderful, cozy and spotless, just like on the pictures. The bed was very comfy and the couch as well! Sasi is very nice and responsive, always willing to help us out. We loved everything about our stay and we can definitely recommend it!

It was a beautiful experience living in this Villa it was beautiful quiet and peaceful I enjoyed the pool a lot also the kitchen have everything you need last but not last our host Mikhail was so nice and very helpful

Absolutely loved this place. The host Jennifer is extremely communicative and helpful. Make sure that we had everything that we needed. She’s super accommodating. We recently returned from a vacation that the whole family spent (14 people, 3 to 81 years old) at a villa in Thailand – and it was the best decision! Unlike a hotel, you didn't have to spend time exploring the territory, everything was at hand. The villa is spacious and everyone had their own seating area. A special treat is the Win cook, who cooked delicious and varied dishes for us. The pool is without time restrictions, children could swim at least all night. On the territory there is everything you need – washing machine and dryer, table tennis, badminton. Walking distance to the beach, but only 7 - 10min by taxi. The beach itself is clean, the coastline is large, the waves depend on the weather. Olga, the hostess of the villa, was always in touch, helped with any questions. As a result, the stay was unforgettable – comfort, coziness, and complete relaxation! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

We spent an amazing time at Baan Mai Khao. The apartment was terrific and ticked all the boxes. Kwan was very helpful about everything. Diego, the receptionist was great and gave us lots of tips as well. Even though you have mobility available through the shuttle bus, we would recommend renting a car at the airport to hace independence to visit further away places like Old Phuket, Patong, etc. Thank you for a wonderful experience, Reinol, Soledad y Jessica.

Boris is a fantastic host Very attentive, always wanting to ensure your stay is the best it can be. The apartment is well appointed. The complex is very nice, with great facilities and wonderful staff! The beach is a short walk. There is an international medical centre on-site which we used and it was very good. We stayed for 4 weeks and got to see and enjoy the complex and town. We had a wonderful stay.

Nai Thong Beach is good value for money. I recommend it

We finally had the opportunity to stay at Lyn’s. We’ve been here for several years but never an opportunity to stay as it’s rarely available. Lyn’s place is perfect for small families. Spacious, free of clutter, clean & as described. The complex was quiet due to the low season hence pricing was value for money. What we loved most was the small functional touches at Lyn’s that made a lot of difference such as umbrella, table cloths, laundry baskets, laundry detergents, kitchen paper towels and mid stay cleaning service. I’d definitely recommend Lyn’s if you’re looking at staying in Mai Khao. Just know that unless you’re staying in somewhere like Patong where it’s walkable; a rented vehicle will help in terms of mobility.

Great location - close to the airport, and to the beach and local restaurants. Comfy beds and good facilities, loved the rooftop pool. Water refill stations were very handy and the hotel provided beach/pool towels too. Pretty perfect for what we needed.

Great location….quiet and peaceful. Construction was as stated but didn’t disturb our rest. Few unexpected surprises but Heinz and Ar were very helpful and responsive…do appreciative of that. Would stay here again
