Kuckó is located in the Balaton Uplands, directly on the Blue Tour, in a picturesque environment, in an area surrounded by grapes, on the upper floor of our small Family Wine House, which makes its "nature" wines from its own-grown grapes (a clearer in the fridge). There are many sights, beaches, and hiking opportunities in the area. Thanks to the fridge- heated air conditioning and electric heaters, you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view in winter or the many sights in the area. We look forward to hearing from you!

We had a wonderful stay in this house in an absolutely private location. The huge garden with an old weichselnbaum, well-kept grass fence and many beautiful trees invites you to relax - a real paradise for nature lovers. The interior of the house is tastefully furnished with high-quality furniture and an extremely comfortable, large bed. The super clean whirlpool was particularly pleasant - a real highlight! The air conditioning also worked excellently and ensured a pleasant temperature in the house. As an additional convenience, bathrobes were available - a nice luxury. The hosts were exceptionally friendly, very quick in communication and even greeted us with small sweets and freshly baked ham rolls – a warm gesture that made us very happy. A small minus point: In the natural environment, a few mosquitoes and ants were not absent. However, plenty of sprays and candles were available

Great little place for retreat, relaxation for everyone who wants to get out of the city bustle a little. Gergő the host is very helpful and always available, well-equipped accommodation and the area is recommended for everyone. We only spent a few days here before another program, but we will be happy to return at any time if we have time again.

Cottage looked good, a bit dusty but that's also normal in the countryside. Good clear communication. The sofas in the living room can be cleaned, lots of stains. The description said three bedrooms, but there are only two. Stairs to upstairs bedroom felt a little unsafe, is loose, and you can't hold on to anything.

This place is a hidden gem if you love beautiful nature and a peacfull enviroment. Anja is a really warm and heartfull host. The house is in the middle of nature so you have complete privacy. It is surronded by a large meadow and fruit trees that are also the home of a beautiful white horse -which company was offerd. Inside the house there is an entrance into an underground tunnel which is perfect for staying cool in summer time. The homestead also has a fireplace, a herb garden, a hammock for relaxing and a masonry oven for pizza. So you can realy make yourself some delicous meals. It was our first trip to Hungary and we wanted to explore the surrondings but in the end we stayed at the house beacuse it was the most beautiful property we have ever visited. We went for just 4 days and I would really recommend to go for a longer time. You will not regret it!

Lovely place, island of tranquility in nature

Zsofia is a very kind host who is always available when you need something, responds quickly. Her daughter speaks perfect English so there is no problem with communication in case you don't speak Hungarian. The house itself is in a very quiet location with many opportunities to go for a hike-great if you are coming with a dog. The price is great and overall absolutely worth it. The only note I think should be stated in the listing is that you can come with your dog, but the dog is only allowed in the kitchen/living room area, but is not allowed to enter the bedroom(s). This is something you should consider when going to Zsofia's place as I didn't find such information in her listing and I was informed only once I arrived. To wrap this up, everything else went great and I can definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great stay and enjoy some peace and quiet time :)
