The ocean in front of the house is also popular for activities such as surfing and fishing. There is a tent sauna in the facility, so you can also enjoy the sea breeze while taking a bath. It is also a pet-friendly facility, including large dogs. Enjoy experiences you can't usually enjoy with your dog, such as walks on the sandy beach and embankment. From November to March, Ibaraki's winter specialty, "anko hot pot", is also available as an option! There is a hammock, a dirt floor that everyone can enjoy, a sunken area, and a horizon view from the upstairs window. There is also a workspace on the second floor. This is a house on the shore of Lake Otsuka Park in Shin-Mizuto Hakkei. It started in July 2021. You can have a relaxing chat with friends and family, or shut out the busy everyday life and spend time looking at the pond. Self check-in and check-out. We're renovating, but The building is old and located in nature, so please refrain from booking if you are nervous. We have two single and semi-double beds from Simmons, which were used in the 1970s chandeliers and luxury hotels. The Japanese-style room can accommodate up to 3 people. Otsukaike Park has a 2.6 km path that is perfect for walking pets and running, and the Sakura Square, wooden bridges, playground equipment, fishing, and picnics make it a great place for people to relax. It is one of the leading swan migratory spots in the Kanto region, and in winter, many swans rest their wings, and it is a very beautiful pond surrounded by magnificent trees such as Japanese red pines. There is a supermarket, "Gokuraku-yu", nearby. We have electric stoves and kerosene stoves available. Renovated in 2025, this 165㎡ house features a warm Japanese-modern interior and is ideal for families and groups. Relax and enjoy the sea and sky in a peaceful, spacious setting. YOSO is designed for a quiet stay overlooking the Ocean, and is not suitable for late-night parties or gatherings. As the house is near the ocean, sea smells and insects may be present.

Our house was renovated recently. 13 - 15 mins to Oarai station by walk. We also have several bicycles for visitors. You can use them for free. Since we don't live in this house currently, you can use entire home, and all rooms in the house. Please ask us about the price and room available, if you are interested.
