I had a very good stay, enjoying various sports in the large artificial lawn garden.

It was a very beautiful and lovely home, partly because it had just opened.The design of the house, the furniture, and the appliances, all of them were well thought out, and it was easy to use.There was a table by the pool, and it was great to be able to eat together.Also, the host's response was quick and kind, which was helpful.Early check-in and late check-out are available for a fee, but they were flexible.This stay was a wonderful experience.Thank you very much.

I used it at a sports tournament.Unfortunately, it was rainy, but I enjoyed the humorous illustrations and rested slowly.The surroundings are surrounded by nature, and I would like to stay again on a sunny day.

This place was incredible. Having a FamilyMart 50m away from the house was so fun. Also the area is very walkable.

Our group of 7 fit comfortably and felt right at home. Shopping, food, and train stations were a close walk. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I cannot recommend this home or our host enough.

Great location! Quieter little side street right in the middle of the action in Shibuya. Very comfortable beds. Clean and bright. Very safe neighborhood, close to great restaurants, shops, parks and train station.

Nice quiet neighbourhood, close to the train station making it easy to get in and out of Tokyo. Made us aware of possible noise from the people living upstairs prior to confirming our booking, so we knew what to expect. We were out most of the day, and too tired at night to care about the noise! Apartment was nice and clean and was just like the photos. Happy to stay there again.

Akiyo provided great instructions to locate and access the Airbnb. It had everything we needed. There is a Lawson’s, 7/11 and the train station is a short distance away (~10 minutes). My family and I enjoyed our stay.

Small place but very clean and comfortable. The Nakano area is quiet and full of restaurants and things to do. Annie was super helpful throughout the whole stay. Very recommended!

Chika’s place is so nice and clean, it’s the best little cute house ever, cozy warm and full of love. We enjoyed all the little details of this house! It locates at a very quiet little street, surrounded by a lovely neighborhood walking distance to MTR and convenient stores. My family really had great time here, my kids loved it so much! Definitely feeling like my home@Tokyo, and lastly I am very appreciated for gift and the hand-written warm greeting from Chika!

We loved staying here. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. This place is away from the main tourist areas but being that it is a local area, it was nice to come back to a quiet place after being out all day. My family of four had so much space in the house and Yuga is an awesome host who arranged airport transportation to and from Haneda airport. I would definitely stay here again.

The homestay is in a quiet alley, the room has three floors, all small rooms, the living room is on the second floor, it is suitable for breakfast, the host also has a small snack, it is warm

The air bath was excellent. There’s nothing quite like bathing and showering in nature warmly and sanitarily. The house is creatively designed, using every nook well. I enjoyed experiencing natural light from unexpected places. It’s quite the contrast to Shibuya, which we wanted so we could sleep well. Yet, it is still surrounded by cool cultural and spiritual things from shops to food to Shinto shrines and sanctuaries. I would definitely stay again!

Me and some friends stayed a few nights here on our trip and loved it! Quiet neighborhood that’s about 5 minutes from the closest station. Had everything we needed and more! Loved it so much, thank you!!

We booked Masaki's place for a family trip to Tokyo - and it was INCREDIBLE! The place was beautiful, clean and a perfect place to settle and relax after a busy day of touring around Tokyo. Masaki was incredibly friendly and responsive, checking in regularly throughout our stay. I'd highly recommend Masaki's beautiful home.

Maiko's room was used for one night with a friend's family for lessons, as the children's recital was along the Keio Line and would take until late at night.😊 It was my first time staying in Sasazuka, but I thought it was a very convenient town with many restaurants, clothing stores, and miscellaneous goods stores in front of the station. There are both trendy and old-fashioned shops, and I got the impression that it is a great place to live. The neighborhood near the house is quiet and calm, and I was able to stay as if I lived in this town. Children tend to get excited when they are in an environment that is different from their usual surroundings, but the house was simple and very beautiful, so I was glad that we were able to relax before the recital! I had to bring a toothbrush and cosmetics, but I was able to stay with minimal luggage because I had everything I needed, such as shampoo and towels. It was also helpful that there was a convenience store and supermarket near the house.✨ Thanks😊

Clean and tidy space, with a nice little terrace area upstairs. Plenty of options for sleeping and the kitchen was very well stocked with cooking equipment. Great communication from the host. Thank you very much!

Our stay at Yuki's place was wonderful, everything we could've hoped for! The area was great! Nakano City was such a pleasant surprise. There was Broadway, a ton of restaurants and things to do, and the railway is a 10-12 minute walk from her place and you can be in Shinjuku with a 10-15 minute ride. We got to Asakusa in about 35-40 minutes. Nakano has a nice central park about half a mile away and I enjoyed running there every morning for exercise. The area was quiet and clean, and the home was exactly as described and shown in pictures. My wife has dietary restrictions and cooked all her meals in while the kids and I ate out daily. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. If you're on the fence, definitely consider this place a win! We will definitely consider staying here again because of Nakano's offerings, the location, and the proximity to get to most places quickly.

We used it as a group of 16 people.The building was also spacious and new, so I had a very comfortable stay.I was happy to have the Nintendo Switch and enjoy it.Very satisfied, thank you.

This location was exactly what we were looking to experience on Tokyo. Away from the bustle, Nakano City was peaceful and not crowded but offered a convenient launching point to see the city with 2 nearby stations to get to the Shinjuku Station (one of the primary rail hubs) and fun nightlife like Koenji. Staying in an entire home, with a rooftop patio that offered a great view of the cityscape, including Shinjuku. The house was clean and modern with many desirable amenities to make the stay more comfortable and convenient without any clutter.
