It is located in a quiet residential area, so it can only be used by those who follow the house rules. * As a general rule, this building does not allow visitors other than guests. * We renovated an old Japanese-style house, which used to be a tea room, for use on Airbnb. The architect was Suzuko Yamada. * As a rule, this building is not open to non-guests. *

It takes only 6 minutes by train directly to Shinjuku Station, and access to various places is excellent! There are many unique stores around Koenji area, especially famous for its tasteful vintage clothing stores.
