I visited this place with my husband and kid and it turned out to be beautiful and lovely Calm and peaceful. Waygal was so helpful and a great host! He and his family were very friendly and helpful. It was our best decision to choose this place. He made sure to make us comfortable. There was an incident like very first day when we reached there was some power cut issue going on and our batteries were dead . This person tried his best to arrange things like he offered his power banks and also ran to look for other restaurants and asked us to shift and pay for the same by himself. As he didn’t want us to get troubled because of him. Never seen such a host! Great work! Would definitely suggest everyone❤️

Where to begin… Staying at Sristi’s farm was such an authentic and unforgettable experience. I had the chance to live alongside Sristi and her lovely family, and it gave me a genuine glimpse into their way of life. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home — Sristi has such a warm, welcoming energy, and we connected really naturally. She quickly felt more like a friend than a host. We shared some amazing moments together, including a trip to a beautiful river. There’s so much to do around the farm — whether you’re in the mood for hiking, exploring the nearby village (don’t miss the best samosa in West Sikkim!), or simply unwinding and soaking in the peaceful nature all around. And I can’t forget to mention the food — absolutely delicious, every single meal! Needless to say, I highly recommend staying here. It’s a special place, and one I’ll carry with me for a long time. If you’re looking for a remote getaway that offers privacy and the charm of village and farm living, this is the perfect place. My friends and I absolutely loved our stay here. The property is beautifully maintained, and the hospitality provided by the host and their family was exceptional. From the homemade, organic food to the locally crafted liquor, everything was delicious and healthy. The barbecue prepared by the host was a highlight—absolutely “yum yum”! They also went above and beyond to assist us with local sightseeing, making our experience even more memorable. A special mention goes to the host’s sweet grandmother, their lovely niece Neema, and their adorable dog Snoopy, who added so much warmth and joy to our stay. Thank you, Dwakapa, for an unforgettable experience in Yuksom. We’d love to visit again someday!

As a Buddhist, I'm looking for quiet places, and I appreciate staying with Buddhist hosts. So I felt well at this homestay who is close to Pemayangse monastery (about 1 km). The food prepared by Yangduo's mother is delicious and healthy. The room is spacious, with a bay window and cupboards for storage, very comfortable. Ideal for longer stays. Yangdup also booked me a shared jeep which picked me up directly at the homestay.
