기대이상으로 좋은숙소예요. 도보로 근처 이케아, 유명한식당들, 카페 모두 가능하고 사장님도 너무 친절하시고 너무 편하게 잘쉬다 갑니다.

Maria's place is located right in the bustling street of Nampo-dong, it's very convenient to access the subway station and walking distance to attractions such as Yongdusan Park, BIFF Square, Gwangbok-ro etc. A lot of options for food and many convenience stores nearby too. We had a comfortable stay at Maria's place, she is a very friendly and helpful host - she gave us a lot of recommendations on local restaurants to try. We will be back if we are in Busan again!

Amazing hospitality. David was extremely friendly and is an amazing host. Always helped us to get to places and cared a lot about us. Apartment was nice as well and easy to reach by subway. I would definitely recommend this place for others.

합리적인 가격에 하루 자고 오기 좋았어요 근처에 기장 주요한곳들이 가깝고 밤에도 조용해서 숙면했습니다

깨끗하고 조용하고 편히 쉴 수 있었습니다

원래 다른 숙소 4박 5일 예약 했는데 너무 더럽고 비좁아서 1박만 하고 근처에 다른 숙소을 찾던중 이 숙소를 찾았다. 계획에 없던 너무나도 큰 지출이어서 망설였지만 남은 여행을 즐겁게 마무리 하고 싶어서 이 숙소을 예약했다 일단 들어오는 순간부터 뷰에, 넓고 청결함에 와우 와우 소리가 절로 나왔다. 우리 일행이 3명 이었는데 각 방마다 뷰가 정말 어머어마 했다. 특히 밤에 야경은 정말 아름다웠다. 근처에 맛집 야시장 해운대 해수욕장 등등 다 걸어서 다닐수 있는 거리였서 정말 편리했다. 우린 차가 없었지만 주차도 되는걸로 알고 있다. 여유가 된다면 정말 강추다!!! 호스트님도 모든 질문에 신속히 그때그때 답변 주셔서 정말 편안하게 지내다 간다

가격대비 너무 좋은 마음으로 있다 갑니다 뷰도 너무 좋고 직원분께서도 너무 친절하시고 메세지도 빨리 답변해주시고 노천탕도 너무 좋았습니다 그리고 1층 카페에 커피가 진짜 너무 맛있어요 너무 잘 묵다 갑니다 감사합니다

This apartment was exactly what we were looking for. The space was perfect for our family. The beach was close by and there were toys for our daughter to play with. I appreciated the kitchen having a few things available such as oil, salts, and a few other sauces. The fridge was stocked with water. It had everything we needed plus more. I would happily stay here again

3대 9명이 이용했음에도 뭐 하나 불편함 없이 푹 쉬다 왔습니다. 청결상태도 매우 좋았고, 식기랑 컵도 충분했습니다. 숙소는 사진과 똑같으니 고민없이 선택하세요. 도보로 10초에 맛집도 있고, 30초 컷에 예쁜 등대랑 작은 항구도 있어요.

위치, 룸컨디션, 루프탑 다 좋아요 다만 건물 내 주차도 주차비를 별도로 받는게 아쉬웠네요

駅やスーパー、レストランが近くにあり、利便性が良いです。 困った事はエレベーターが2機しかなく、常に混んでいました。 部屋は清潔で快適に過ごすことができたが、タオルやティッシュが十分に補充してあるともっと良かった。 ホストは親切で質問にもすぐに回答してくれました。釜山に来た時はまた利用したいです。

房東都會很熱心解答疑問，回覆也相當快速，一整天在外回去很有家的感覺，陽台還能看到海，非常享受！！

0숙소는 전체적으로 깨끗한 편이었고 창 밖의 전망은 정말 최고였습니다.(301호) 다만, 4인으로 예약했는데 2인 초과ㅇ 2만원씩 부과하였고, 에어비앤비 숙소 안내 내용에는 이러한 내용이 공지되어 있지 않았습니다. 일반적인 다른 숙박어플의 관례라 그냥 내긴 했지만 미리 공지되어야 할 것 같습니다. 그리고 주차장 안쪽과 숙소 1층 입구의 담배꽁초 등이 좋은 숙소의 첫인상을 망치는 것 같아 아쉬웠습니다. 숙소 자체는 전체적으로 만족합니다.

출장 목적으로 부산을 방문하여 많은 경험을 하지 못하였지만 압도적으로 넓은 공간을 부족함없이 사용하고 갑니다. 기회가 되면 가족, 친구들과 함께 단체로 와서 다시 이용을 해보고 싶은 의향이 있으니 다시만날 그때까지 운영을 해주실거라 믿습니다😄

I had a wonderful stay at Taejin’s apartment in Busan! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything one could possibly need – from kitchen essentials to a comfortable bed and even thoughtful little extras. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, making it super easy to explore all the top attractions, restaurants, and transportation options. What truly made this stay special was Taejin’s warm hospitality and responsiveness. She was always available whenever we had questions or needed help and made sure our check-in and check-out process was seamless. It’s clear she truly cares about her guests’ experience. The apartment offered excellent value for money, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Busan. Thanks again, Taejin, for making our trip so enjoyable! I will definitely come back and stay here again.

일단 해운대를 걸어서 갈수 있는것과 주변에 먹거리가 많아서 맛집을 걸어서 다닐수 있는것이 장점입니다. 그리고 주변의 소음 덕분(?)에 친구들과 부담없이 떠들수 있어서 좋았습니다. 단체에 적합한 숙소입니다. 꼭대기층은 에리베이터가 없어서 계단이 부단스러운 분은 힘들수도 있겠지만 저희는 짐도 거의 없고 아직 다리는 쓸만해서 괜찮았습니다. 친구들과 단체 여행에 추천~~~
