It opened in June 2024. The spacious indoor space is suitable for multiple people and is located in the heart of the city. Jukdo Market, Big Donghae Market, Large Clothing Store (Uniqlo, Top Ten), Songdo Beach, Pohang Canal, Yeongildae Beach, Spacewalk, and Express Bus Terminal are located nearby, and the accessibility to the south is Oersa, Guryongpo, Homigot, Bokyeongsa Temple to the north, and Naeyeon Mountain. One thing that is somewhat inconvenient is that there is no private parking lot, but there are plenty of parking spaces near the accommodation. 3 cars allowed. There is a convenience store right next door (operated by my parents. Open 7 am to 11 pm). If you contact us, we will resolve anything quickly. Supplies: Bottled water, towels, toilet paper, wipes, hair dryer, body supplies (shampoo, treatment, body wash), comb, etc. Bedding (pillow, pad, duvet cover) is washed daily to provide clean bedding. 'Yunseul', a private accommodation with a view of the Yeongildae sea

Make wonderful memories at 'Yunseul Bed and Breakfast' where the remaining waves of the❤ Yeongildae sea look beautiful~^^ 'Yunseul' is the only private accommodation in Yeongildae where you can see the sea from inside, outside, and the attic. It's a single-family home, not an apartment or villa, so it's very comfortable without worrying about the floor below. It is the closest to Space Walk, and since it is located in Yeongildae, there are many famous raw fish restaurants and famous cafes nearby, and you can take a walk on the beach in just 30 seconds. Barbecue (March-November) is also available in the backyard, and since it is a private house, you can spend a relaxing time with only our group without worrying about the eyes of others. And through the veranda window, you can see yachts and fishing boats coming and going in the port below the accommodation, and on weekends, you can see numerous one-person motorless yachts enjoying the sea of Yeongildae. (200 meters, 3 minutes on foot) Among the most wonderful Seonbaw-gil of Homi Peninsula Coastal Dulle-gil, it is a nice place with a promenade that seems to walk on the sea.

El Hanok Stay

El Hanok Stay was newly built as a private hanok guesthouse, which was opened in April 2023 after a year of remodeling construction by purchasing a 1975 house in May 2022. We tried to add more modern convenience while adding the style of hanok, and tried to add color by adding European style. It is located in the center of Hwangnidan-gil, and it is located near Hwangnidan-gil restaurants (next to Cheongonchae) and cafes (Olive), right next to the location where you can go to Gyeongju tourist attractions such as Daereungwon (Cheonmachong), Cheomseongdae, Donggung, and Wolji. Jacuzzi in Hanok is available for a fee. It is 30,000 KRW in Korean money when using for a fee.
