Thailand - for those who need peace and quiet.

The house that is very well equipped is in a smaller area with 11 houses around a pool. Adjacent to the area, there is a reception in which to pick up keys. The rent does not include electricity consumption, it is measured by arrival and used electricity is paid for when moving out. The electricity costs f n 7,0 Baht/kw. Bed linens and towels are available to rent for 220 Baht/week. Let us know when booking if you want to order this and it will be on site in the house upon arrival. The house is smoke and pet-free.

The guest house is individual in my small fruit farm in Thamai district, 4 kms from Thamai town, 15 kms from Chanthaburi city, 15kms from Chaolao Beach. The villa is beautiful, it is new (about 2 years old), fully equipped (for ex. champagne glasses are also available, a special wine opener too, etc). Clean. The pool is clean, nice, big ( it is shared with 4 other villas, but it is almost always empty) . To the sea is 7 minutes walk , very quiet area. Nicklas is an excellent host, nice and always willing to help. Really nice stay.

3 Bedroom Villa on the Beach

The location of this villa is stunning, particularly the sea view from the roof terrace. The roof terrace and swimming pool were our favorite part of the property. The rooftop is quiet and cool in the mornings (we visited in Jan) and we really enjoyed having breakfast there and a BBQ in the evening. The house itself is comfortable and perfect for our young family. We only had to be mindful of our youngest child and the mezzanine floor with a low-ish rails, but this is clear from the photos I believe. There is a great Beach Club/cafe a very short walk along the beach (less than 5 mins) which we loved as well. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the moment we booked. Thank you for our stay.
