Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Nam Phrae

The best value for money in a Chiang Mai pool villa. The location is superb. Unlike other villa areas, it's not far from the city. Restaurants and supermarkets are just outside. The people in the villa area are very quiet and won't be noisy. Very comfortable to sleep at night. Friends who want to come on vacation can come. About 15 minutes to Nimman Road. 10 minutes to Tha Phae Gate.Ten minutes to Central Festival.The biggest mall. In a very central area.

Amazing place like a scene straight out of a movie so fascinating! If you are traveler good for you experience it. If you wanna escapa life like tourist ~there are not good for you.

This place is perfect, if you want to be in a walkable area to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Our group of seven (7) had plenty of space to spread out. FYI, there are 4 floors which equals lots of stairs. The on-site greeter, Lucy, was VERY helpful and provided lots of good recommendations. If ever in the area again, I’ll book this property!

Very nice and tranquil place. You can hear the birds chirping in the morning and feel the sun on your face when you lay on the couch. The location is good, with most of the shops you would need in just a few minutes driving away. The place was clean and the airconditioning was good and pleasant. Overall great place to relax while still being close to the city, would stay again!

Location There are quite a few famous restaurants near the accommodation There are two famous nail shops, so it's convenient. There is a large cafe right next to the accommodation that stays open until late at night, and there is also a barbecue restaurant, so it is very convenient. You can go to Old Town, Bancang Wat for 60 baht by taxi. Facilities And the best thing is the 24-hour swimming pool. When everyone is asleep in the middle of the night, when the sun is down, if you swim at that time with only subtle lighting, it's really emotional. You know, it doesn't mean that you can use it 24 hours a day, right? It was very comfortable with a large table and chairs in the accommodation The fridge was also quite large, so it was very convenient. However, it is not a floor mat, but a tile, so it is good to prepare indoor shoes. And since the spear was a wooden spear, The atmosphere is good, but there are some mosquitoes. A home key is essential. I personally recommend it. The room is very spacious and tidy, and the kitchenware is also very complete. Our family of three has four dining chairs in the room. The swimming pool is very clean. We had a good stay and will come back next time.

Spectacular facility with all kinds of space with pools and building with other amenities as listed. Very peaceful, quiet and family/kid friendly. Good security. Plenty of room for one or two people. Great television and Wi-Fi with balcony views. I find most beneficial is a comfortable sofa for 2 to relax watching television or conversation. Huge mall next door. Actually more like an 8-minute walk to the mall over a footbridge and small canal. Besides the mall there isn't much within short walking distance, but the mall has most anything you need anyways. Other than that you'll need taxi or some transportation beyond. In final analysis this facility I highly recommend.

Tai was exceptionally friendly, communicative, and understanding throughout our interaction. Although we had to cancel the booking by mutual agreement due to unforeseen circumstances, she was incredibly supportive and handled everything with kindness and professionalism. The property itself was exactly as described. I truly appreciated her attitude and would recommend her to others without hesitation.

Great place, 3 minutes walk to Central Festival Mall. Only one thing that made this stay isn't perfect is sewage smell sometimes

Overall, it was a neat accommodation. However, the ants often appeared, so it was a little stressful. I booked a room with a friend, and it was a little embarrassing to know that the room was changed on the day of check-in, but the host handled it well.

Great place, really cool spot right on the edge of a creek. Very unique little house, feels like you're tucked away in your own little paradise. Very easy to get to central Chiang Mai. Bob has built something really special here. Super helpful guy and really friendly, I will definitely stay here again.

My family is so fond of this forest cottage, especially the kids, love the pool, plants and all kinds of animal crawling at night (the host reminded that the tiger can be heard) Kids walking barefoot in the room and yard, this is what it feels like to live in nature.The yard is too big and happy to watch. We drove by ourselves, the location provided by the host was very accurate, found it right away, and also warmly ordered a bonfire for us because it was already dark when we arrived.A lot of fruits and bread were well prepared and we didn't finish eating it for a week. In addition, I clean the house every other day, change the sheets and pillowcases, but also to help wash the laundry, which is really convenient and comfortable during the trip. We stayed for a week before we fell in love with it.
