It was very close to Miding Street, and there were a variety of restaurants in the building, which was nice. Towels were provided in sufficient quantities, and the facilities were excellent. I was given friendly and detailed guidance, so there was no inconvenience at all.

The location is okay, it's clean, and I think it's a good place to stay.

It was an itinerary that I was satisfied with. I went on a business trip and slept, so there was nothing else. However, the bed sheets, pillow sheets, and blankets felt a little dirty. If it was a hotel, I would have replaced it... but I just used it. Whether the bed was old or shuffling around, it was squeaky. Except for the bed part, it was fine.

A wonderful stay! Host prepared the apartment clean and ready for me to self check in smoothly at night. It’s spacious, full of amenities as described and owns a stunning view. Kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is clean and bed is comfortable, which meets my standards. Host and the staffs in this building are friendly, so my stay is comfortable. Surely I will book it again in future.

The neatly arranged accommodation made me feel comfortable. The host prepared plenty of towels in advance, and prepared the accommodation very diligently. I also stayed at Vinhomes Metropolis last month, but Metropolis was an inconvenient access system for facial recognition, but skylake gave me two access card keys, so it was really easy to access the accommodation. I especially liked the small chair and table on the balcony. I was able to feel the consideration for the customer.

A great place to stay when visiting Hanoi

Love staying here and this was our 2nd time staying quite long at this apartment, it made us feel like our home out of our own country. The host is friendly, responsive and responsible as always, like the way she handles issues efficiently. The location isn't close to the city center but this is exactly what we look for especially we were staying for more than two or three months, a quiet, clean and spacious environment is a must. We also added some home furnishings to make it more convenient and fit for our lifestyle. Hopefully the mattress could be much softer then the sleeping quality must be great! No doubt we'll come stay here next time for sure!

The room is easy to find, there is an elevator, access with an automatic password. The inside is clean and comfortable, the room is a bit small but very full of electrical equipment.

We had a great time at this beautiful 3-bedroom apartment. The space is clean, modern, and the view is absolutely stunning — truly worth every dollar. Having all three units on the same floor made it perfect for our group to stay connected and enjoy quality time together. The host, Ngọc, is incredibly humble and supportive. She went out of her way to assist us, even helping us find our next stay when we wanted to move closer to West Lake. Overall, a great experience. Nice city view! The best thing is its prime location - supermarket and coffee shop downstairs, near to everything. Compared to the apartments in Ba Dinh district, its price is more reasonable.. Hang's place was a dream. The apartment was in a quiet location in Hanoi but you could easily go to the Old Quarter in a few minutes via Grab. A couple of nice restaurants downstairs, there's a supermarket and a convenience store, so you really don't have to worry about getting hungry or getting quick stuff for your needs. There's an outdoor and indoor pool, a gym and a nice park. More importantly, Hang is a joy of a host. She responds fast, makes great recommendations. She even assisted me in booking for a dinner place for Christmas Eve and in getting a van to go to the airport. Her place is beautiful. And my kids and I would love to return to this place once we're back in Hanoi. Highly recommended!
